I love the shakes, the best in Tampa. Not even close. Made to order burgers are good. Fries, way to skinny. My wife a huge fan of the Sonoma salad. I also really like the Monterey chicken. To die for...the staff is friendly and the managers go the extra mile.

The food here was amazing and the shakes are the best! Highly recommend this place for a good burger and shake! Also, the cookies are good as well. Compared to red robin the meat here taste better.
Very Good Bugers. I've been here a handful of time so far, and have never been disappointed. Very good burger and buns. I've also tried the shrimp burger and even it was good. My favorite would have to be the BBQ/bacon, but really I don't think you can miss on any of them. Much better quality than Burger Monger and other competitors. When I want a buger from now on I skip the whole sit-down restaurant idea, and instead go straight to B21. Really good shakes too!!
Great place. Staff were all very friendly and all displayed excellent customer service. Food tasted great, filling. Lots of neat menu items that we would like to try sometime again next time we're craving real burgers!
Great place! The burgers are delicious, and I love the chipotle mayo sauce with my fries. It's not too noisy, easy to hold a conversation with your friends and family. The food comes out a little slow, but it's hot!
For Friday night dinner we were looking for a spot to have sandwich and fries. Since we had already tried Burger 21 before we decided to go to the restaurant to get the togo order. By browsing through the menu we ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries. The restaurant took 10-15 minutes to get our order ready. The food was hot and freshly made. We loved both our sandwich and fries. We loved our food and it was delicious.
Brandon was great and did a great job being attentive even though we did the touch less order. He anticipated our needs, was polite when he interacted with us. For a fast casual food place I was very impressed with his demeanor and work ethic.
I went to this location after frequenting the lakeland location because I was visiting friends and oh my gosh. I ordered a monterey and a bananas foster shake and the young man tristen I believe it was, made my shake and took care of me with amazing service asking if he could get me anything I needed and was on top of everything. We need more workers like him. I might have to only go to this location from now on!

Been a big B21 fan since the first time I had their Monterey Chicken Bruger and Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Mayo Dipping Sauce. Cheesy Wednesday is a great deal with a delicious Cheesy Burger and Fries with the Thai Ketchup. Last visit I had the special Caprese Chicken Burger, another winner. Shakes are excellent as well.
The service can be a bit slow at the Burger 21 locations I've visited but it is worth it for the very tasty gluten free food they offer! They carry GF buns, their fries are GF, and they have a GREAT selection of GF shakes! I also love that they have not only regular fries but sweet potato fries as well. You can also order a mixed basket of sweet potato and regular fries! I don't like shoestring fries but the fries are one of my favorite things about Burger 21. They do great about taking precautions against cross contamination and the GF options are clearly marked on the menu. Burger 21 can get expensive but the food is delicious!
What can I say? When you eat out, you expect a certain kind of quality and service... This restaurant did NOT disappoint! We came on a Tuesday evening, it was fairly quiet and the cashier (Serenity) was absolutely amazing! She was super kind, very professional and willing to work with 3 people - my wife, our daughter and myself - who had no idea what we wanted.
The food came out in short order (sorry for no pictures, we were hungry 🤤), it was hot and cooked exactly as we asked and looked as appetizing as any burger I've ever seen. It's nothing 'out of this world', but it's good for the price and the selection of sauces is astounding!
But the service that Serenity provided tonight was 6/5 stars. If everyone could share even a small part of what she has, the world would be a kinder place and customer service standards would be rewritten. I hope she gets a raise and a promotion! She deserves it!
They have the best milk shake I’ve ever had in my life!!! It’s the chocolate hazelnut shake. They put toasted marshmallows on top too!! Their burgers are very unique! I usually get the loaded spud burger. They always have seasonal items on their menu as well so you can always try something new! You have to try them out!
