It was our first time at The Melting Pot, also making it our first time at a fondue style restaurant. It was very interesting, & tasty! We chose the 4-course meal option, which our server highly recommended for our experience - you choose a cheese style for the appetizer course, a cooking style for the main entree course, & a chocolate style for the dessert course. Expect to be dining for a solid hour to an hour & a half, due to legitimately cooking practically everything at your own leisure & enjoying experimenting with combinations of the various ingredients that your courses consist of. Our server, Olivia, had only been working there for about 4 months, but she was extremely informative, kind & patient, especially for us newcomers. They have also remodeled the establishment, so we aren't familiar with their previous look, but it has a very quaint, elegant & modern appearance - definitely a unique atmosphere! Also, the menu extends to drinks/dessert drinks, extra offers, etc, all complimenting the restaurant's concept. The prices are definitely worth it too! Thank you for an incredible first visit, with many more in the future!
I honestly love the food and the atmosphere. Our server, Ocean, was excellent I highly recommend her as a server. Our table decided to do the 4 course and we picked "MOJO" as our cooking style which had a little bit of a Caribbean kick. Overall it was excellent.
Great experience, delicious food and very attentive staff. My husband made a reservation for our anniversary. They seated us in a private area. The staff wished us Happy Anniversary and at the desert course they sent a plate that said Happy Anniversary in chocolate. We did the big night out. The food was amazing!! Highly recommend!!!
If I could give this place and the staff 100 stars, I would. I cannot express what an exceptional experience my husband and I had for our five year wedding anniversary. Making a reservation was a breeze through their website. I noted that it was our anniversary and as soon as we walked through the doors and mentioned the reservation, we were not only greeted so warmly but the anniversary wishes were so genuine. We were seated in an intimate area of the restaurant which was really nice and our waiter Colt was fantastic. When he approached our table, he too knew that it was our anniversary, made conversations regarding it, as it was our first time thoroughly explained what the dining experience entails, and provided additional dietary accommodations which we appreciated. Honestly, we WILL be returning as we had an extraordinary and wonderful experience for the entire night. Thank you to all who contributed to our phenomenally memorable night.
What a fun experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, even romantic. There are many cheese fondue types they offer. We selected the Classic Alpine - more of a traditional cheese fondue. It was very good. We ordered the Steak Lovers fondue for the main course. The sauces they serve really enhance the experience. For dessert we ordered the Bananas Foster fondue. The Bananas Foster fondue was easily the best thing I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend the Melting Pot.
Best part was the service. Server was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. Air conditioning was out that evening so it made things a little uncomfortable. Otherwise we had fun with our group of 15.
Our group had one of the private rooms for a pre teen birthday celebration which was great. The only complaint is the space is a little tight for our group but we made it work. The staff especially Allison made the experience phenomenal. She made sure everyone was well taken cared of and explained the process and experience as much times as needed to the stragglers. We had one issue that the restaurant managers Heather and I think his name was Robert addressed immediately and were very accommodating. They checked in on many occasions to make sure all was well. Overall the pre teens and adults enjoyed the experience. Thank you!
Amazing experience! My partner and I visited Melting Pot and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. They have 4 course meal called Fondue. Also you can do A LA CARTE. Cook your food on table and eat fresh. Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress is always so friendly and kind. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. Such a warm and welcoming environment! I would recommend one should give it a try and I doubt the experience won’t let you down.
This is an excellent place for a special occasion or date night. We had never been, and our server Madison made great recommendations and enhanced our experience. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate. The food was delicious, and the whole fondue experience was a lot of fun.
A great dinner option for an intimate date night. They offer a great variety of types of food. It’s a great experience and fun! I like that it can take hours too. So it’s not a quick dinner option. We loving coming here as a treat! They have the best cheeses and foods to dip in it. It’s for sure everyone favorite course.
We had a very private table & our waitress was amazing. The food was delicious and I can't wait to go back. We had the big night out dinner with a bottle of wine.
I love the atmosphere. It’s intimate, cozy and perfect for date night. The service is always excellent. I would highly recommend this experience if you haven't been there.
