Special of the day- blackened grouper and shrimp with mixed vegetables. Tasty, good service and good value.
Excellent service very fresh food cooked to perfection! I will be coming back to this restaurant for sure. The people that work there are so friendly and they keep check on you so you don’t run out of anything. It’s nice to have a seafood restaurant that taste this good and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks for the great food and service!
We went twice recently in a small group. Lunch baskets are the best deals. Fresh fried oysters, grouper, cheese grits, slaw, salad and hush puppies are cooked divinely. Servers always are very cheerful and helpful. It's great.
The food was sooo good. I had the stuffed grouper and shrimp, which was amazing! They were sadly out of baked potatoes, but they had a lot of other side items to choose from. We had the peanut butter pie for dessert, which was PHENOMENAL. Like, so good. I would go there just for that if I could.
Casual seafood restaurant with no frills. I got take out fried shrimp with two side (baked potato and coleslaw) and fried catfish filet (fries and grilled veggies). The coleslaw was okay and the grilled vegetables were rather tasty. The fried seafood made it home not soggy. The batters were rather salty.
In all, a pretty decent meal. I'll give the place another try.
This place is always good for seafood. Not fancy, but they have great service and really good food. The staff are always glad to see you. Prices are not super high, and you get a good portion for the money.
Had the salad with popcorn shrimp add house dressing. It was very good. Staff got the job done. My tea "glass" was leaking, cracked. It was promptly replaced. I will likely return.
Secret source for fresh seafood in Tallahassee. I get my parents Friday night meal delivered or pick up from this restaurant every week. they have a nice cozy side room for parties that looks like a good choice for celebrations. Unfortunately they only serve Gulf Shrimp in a platter meal that goes for $23. But if that's what you're craving it's worth it!
Excellent choice of seafood to choose from! The booths with the very high backs gives your dining experience an exclusive feel! The classic seafood meals were great and I was able to see why this restaurant is known as the hidden gem of Tallahassee!
OMG!!! My sister took me to lunch and said I'd love the place. Food was excellent, price very fair, and service was fast &friendly but I probably won't go back unless it's to pick up some food to-go. It was so LOUD in dining area I couldn't hear my sister 18 inches away. :(
