The best bison burger that we have ever had.. the owner does it all- check out, cook, and cleans up. He is very personable and made the experience enjoyable. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

This was my first time trying bison and I was blown away! I had the burger with potato salad, I loved that everything was made in-house. Both were perfection and I will definitely be going back. I don’t remember the guys name, but super friendly and helpful!
As a vegetarian, I feel good about how the meat is sourced. I had the burrito because I just wanted little bites of ground bison alongside beans and veggies.
The owner is chill and friendly with all the customers. It's just a nice place to hangout and chat.
Wow. I don’t know why I haven’t gotten take-out from here sooner 🤤 The bison burger tasted so fresh and didn’t leave me feeling heavy or greasy like a typical burger sometimes can. Quick and friendly service - I was out the door and back home in about 10 minutes 🦬🍔
The owner is super friendly. And the food was amazing. My body can't handle red meat like a normal person. I was able to eat Buffalo and I felt amazing afterwards. I'm definitely coming back again.

I been eating here for years 20-30 years both when they were on Vashon Island and in Ruston. The bison tacos, burgers, soup and burritos are all great eating. The owner is a nice and speedy service guy! Very consistent over all the years!
Such an awesome and unique place with perfect food. No need to look at the menu - just order the flawless burrito and call it a day! (Everything is great though!)

We really like Tatanka’s burgers! 😍😍 Good customer service, awesome food, location is perfect to take your order out and enjoying it at the park (good to have ‘dine in’ option, stayed there couple times).
