So glad I found this spot! Delicious cheesesteaks AND homemade water ice! I really missed water ice from my Philly days. The pineapple one is amazing, so refreshing! Defintiely get the cheesesteak with american cheese! The business owner is super kind and accommodating. I wanted to make sure they would do curbside pick up or delivery since we have a little guy under 2 that can't wear a mask and he responded pretty quickly on Instagram and apologized if it took him too long (wasn't at all!) He cares about his customers and the quality of his food. I wish I had more pics, but we ate everything so fast!
They had an average Italian sub. I heard their tuna is very good. Typical high prices which are everywhere in Stone Harbor. Beware cash only.
Killer steaks! I got chicken wit add mushrooms and onions, my wife git hers on lettuce. Both were fantastic! Been coming to Avalon for years and just never made the connection. We know now!
One of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. They make probably the best Italian hoagie period.
With all my time on the island, I've never been here. Had a cheese steak on a whim and it was awesome!

Getting food at Mad Ds is summer tradition. Not only is the food delicious, every time we go it the services is from the heart. I always look for the freshest food and it never disappoints! The cheese steaks are family favorite. So so yummy I’m already craving it again!
The homemaid water ice is ten times better than Rita’s! Also my whole family split a couple different cheese steaks and hoagies and we all agreed they were the best sandwiches we have ever had!! These people really have got it going on and the staff made us feel right at home!
