Grub hub just delivered and some food was short, we called Wendy's and they were awesome about the mix-up. The girl nibris helped us with the problem. They will definitely get our business.
As a fast food chained restaurant, Wendy's is starting to bloom. Their famous Dave burgers are very juicy and tasty and fries are fresh. I normally doesn't eat salad at a fast food restaurant, this time I give it a try, surprisingly good and contains blue cheese, this definitely fill up my stomach. One star minus due to tables are not clean enough. When it rains and shoes are wet, their floor becomes very slippery and dangerous due to they are not using non slip floor tiles. I am trying to avoid going there when outside is wet.
Edit: Gentleman named Mike called me to apologize and make amends. I was offered a free meal to compensate for my bad experience. As this was the first time I had a negative experience at this location which I frequent. Considering that anyone can have a bad day or any company or business can have employees who don't necessarily reflect the business as a whole, I am upgrading my rating to 4 stars. Thank you Mike for reaching out and showing customer appreciation matters.
I ordered a 4.44 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger meal. When I got home my nuggets looked like someone had dropped them on the floor or peeled the skin off the of them, I'm to afraid to eat anything I ordered, the employees were laughing in the background when I ordered from drive-thru. My burger did not have any bacon on it.
Very nice, relatively new Wendy's with good service and quality - but the parking lot and drive through layout STINK.
