One thing about IHOP is it doesn’t change. Pancakes taste the same as 20 years ago, and thats not a bad thing,With that being said the inside needs some updating. But the food and service was great. We each had a omelette and they came with a short stack of pancakes and everything was finished. The waitress was there every time we needed her. This is the only one on the island so weekend mornings it gets pretty packed but the staff handled it with ease. I’ll definitely be back there again when im looking to carb up.
I went Monday morning March 21, 2022, with my husband to have a birthday breakfast. And there was a rush as we got there. One of the employees named Kimberly came and quickly got everyone seated. We were waiting to order and she happened to take our order too. As we waited for our food, we watched her multitasking like crazy, jumping between taking orders, putting take out orders, bringing out food to tables and also seating those who walked in. It was awesome to see her juggling different tasks and maintaining a smile. She was very pleasant and never got stressed out as she managed multiple situations with professionalism. Our Server Noah was awesome he was very professional very kind he Was fast Had all our orders correct no mistakes my son had to be in work at a certain time he made sure his food was out first .. we were a group of 10 and he handled us very Well We are very pleased Also Diane who greeted us handled the front with ease I thought she was a manager seated everyone with no confusion our wait time was not long at all she accommodated everyones needs very pleased with the service provided today Thank you Noah and Diane 💞💞
The pancakes were good, our server was good. The place was clean and there was a staff member in the bathroom washing his hands, which makes me happy. The people who work there are pleasant and the service is quick. Prices are reasonable. I will return for a future visit.
