Not sure where the name comes from. It's certainly not very "country" here on Staten Island. In any case, I like the donuts. They have chocolate creme filled, which they no longer carry at Dunkin's. They also have good coffee and take credit cards with no minimum, which is great.

Excellent Coffee, ice cream , lunch. Wraps, lattes , espresso. Sit down inside or there are clean table and chairs outside should you prefer. This is a clean, comfortable and good located coffee, luncheonette near the Stop and Shop ,Pizza, Chinese food , Banking Pet shop etc. Close to everything, very clean and fresh food & delicious cold drinks sodas etc.
