Very friendly staff, fast service at drive thru and the Overstuffed Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was Excellent.
Back to the staff, it was nice to see a smiling face and some one that loves their job!!

I came here after work and the chicken is great! I got the half chicken with mash potatoes and rice with flour tortillas perfect combination and the salsa always so fresh and cold. Thank you el pollo loco!

Best fast food chain in California. Juicy chicken, unlimited salsa and hot sauce. Very clean restaurant, friendly and fast service. Come on call day and enjoy the best grilled chicken you can get.
Best El Pollo Loco in the area!! Service is always great and the chicken always fresh. I drive out of the way passing 2 other locations (poor service from these 2 in the past) specifically to make it to this location!

It's always good! I wish I'll Pollo loco would offer a better choice as far as nachos. I wish they would offer a big nacho platter with everything on it. I think they did back in the day but now they just offer a little side nachos it's not filling. Bring back a nacho platter fully loaded
Acknowledgement and little urgency to improve customer service will be a plus, overall food was good, lobby was clean and pleasant with comfortable temperature. Would be nice to see team work where FOH help each other and come out of their station to help with customers instead of running to the back to skip the rush
Fast food rarely motivates me to write a review, but I got the best, freshest food and really friendly and kind service at this location on 3/20/22, at noon.
