So far everything ive ever had from perkins country deli has been delicious. The steak and cheese is great...not cheap chewy beef, it was nice and tender. One of these days i have to try the meatballs, everytime my coworker gets them for lunch they smell so amazing.
I buy 1/2 dozen meatballs once a week. Plenty of garlic in the tomato sauce. You can smell it in the car or home in the refrigerator,
Ordered lunch items for thirty guests at a public function. Great selections, very fresh, good vegetarian choices, and ready on-time. Dan was great to work with. The mozzarella, tomato & basil salad is outstanding! And their cookies were a hit with our guests. Now I want to try their pizza, which I've heard is also very good.

Perkins Country Deli may appear to be small, but don't be fooled.

In a town full of the same foods, Perkins deli does it right it with a twist.... when u eat a Perkins deli be prepared to eat real food made from scratch not frozen or dumped out of a container. They work hard and it shows. I go there near everyday for a breakfast wrap. Good food and decent prices.
Owners are friendly and courteous.
Chili had just the right amount of spices, hot sause lingers for a few minutes.
I'm going back for more and hopefully home made lasagna. Several tables inside deli, a nice clean environment.
A hidden gem here in Springfield! Home to what I'd have to say are the best sandwiches in this state. The owners are fantastic people and work super hard to get the best quality ingredients and run a clean, friendly restaurant. Give it a try!
Great deli and homemade food, highly recommend trying them! Prices are reasonable, and the owners are friendly. They also make great breakfast sandwiches and hash brown's!
I literally go here everyday. their food is hommade and they are great people. You can literally walk in, order your food and have great conversation with them. Their pizza is one of the best in the area, period.
Better breakfast sandwiches/ burritos than any gas station, coffee shop, and more.
I have not tried much for lunch or dinner options but breakfast is fairly quick, affordable, fresh and tasty.
