Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, made right with plenty of meat. There is no shortage of good sandwiches in Springfield and head west is definitely a Springfield staple.
Good experience when I came in. This is one of the many Headwear shops that we have and the quality shows in this establishment as well. The only thing I have against it is its location. This store is located pretty far off the main road so you either have to Google for this store, see it in passing when you go to a neighboring store, or see it by dumb luck. But regardless they deliver quality sandwiches and desserts every time I go in so I am happy to support this local business and would highly recommend it.
Every time I have eaten here over the past few years, I have had a great meal. I recommend Head West to everyone who asks where they should eat. Delicious, fresh, and truly good stuff! For me, there is no better sub shop period!
Alex was AWESOME, I forgot my mask and called. Alex had just cleared the lobby and offered to bring my food out to me. I went ahead and came in to chat, he said if there was ever any confusion to just call and ask. EXCELLENT customer service. As a former employee I’d expect nothing less, Head West in Springfield will always be my go to sub shop!!
UPDATE: Just got home with Italian on whole wheat add black olives… SOOOOO GOOD.
Love the bread at Head West. Employees are friendly. I usually get the Rueben or Italian, my son loves the meatball. I also get a soup if its broccoli cheese day.
