i Am a regular at the Springfield Il location, the staff is always so friendly. The group I go with always order the same thing. And it is always delicious,every once in a great blue moon my steak isn’t cooked to my liking a Med well but they always fix it right away and the manager Nate always delivers it back to me and asks if it’s cooked perfectly! I will defiantly be returning.
This restaurant opened only a few days before we were there. The service was good, it was extremely clean and the food was great! It was our 4th visit to an Outback and we have the rewards club so we received $20 off our bill. I would recommend this Outback highly & get a Bloomin’ Onion.
My bartender jasmine t was just divine beauty to behold watching making drinks the service was impeccable if they had not lost my onion. The Toowamba salmon was just like it was fresh caught by Jasmine t. My New York strip was cooked to the tea I would still like to know why you haven’t added the Dale Coke yet The manager Dylan could use a good haircut and a modern stylist Erica the waitress is a divine inspiration
Christina K was an incredible server! She was so sweet the minute she came to our table!!! She got our drinks right out! Explained the fun drinks to us. Got our bread, salad and meal out so quick and it's Valentine's weekend. We had drinks full at all times and she was amazing! We had zero weight and the only restaurant that we have been too that's staffed! They are staffed because the food and service is incredible!
Our service was excellent!! The server was great!! My favorite though was my drank!! I haven’t had a drink taste that good in a long time!! Keep up the good work noah!! Your the best!!

It's the first time to eat at this establishment and it was a good time. My step mom took me there for my Birthday. 420,, I enjoy my meal but I wished I knew more on what I picked because it really wasn't what I thought it was. But it's ok and Of course with the pandemic it wasn't busy that day. They didn't sign happy Birthday but that was okay too. The price for some of the meals were high. The workers were nice. Over all I would give it a 7 out of a 10…. Which is Good.
Huge shout out to all the incredible staff last night! We brought out our 15 month son out with us and the staff were friendly and kind.
Our waiter, Noah, was so worried when I asked him to make our entrees to go, but our son was on the verge of a meltdown. He and the bartender were incredibly sweet and understanding. They made me feel much better. All in all, I could tell how wonderful everyone was and that they worked as a team. Once we got home and put our son to bed, we found all the food to be delicious and just how we ordered it! Well done!
Christina K is as an amazing server. If the food isn't enough to keep you coming back this girl sure will. She made every effort to make our dinning experience awesome and was very successful. The food and service here at Outback was a leap above the rest. And the food came fast! Even in this time of major staff shortages. Check them out. It's worth it.
