Tried el pastor and crane asada tacos, especial torta, marachun, and tamale. Everything was good. Service very friendly and accommodating. Great food. Good price. The marachun (corn, butter, noodles queso fresco and sour cream was most interesting, tart, but tasty. Highly recommend el pastor if going for tacos. Ask for red and green sauce on side. Green has nice kick. Red is very spicey.
Came to this place on a whim… I wanted good food and I love taco trucks… when I saw they had torta especial I knew it was legit.. I was not disappointed.. had the Birra tacos, Barbacoa, and steak.. the salsa brings it all together and was seasoned perfectly. Kids got the horchata, I got the Jamaica.. it was perfect!!!
My first time to try something new. So happy I choose that place to eat. It just perfect taste fresh spicy jalapeno. Mmmm!! Not too spicy or sweet. Just exactly right taste for me. Definitely going back next time. They're awesome people. No problem.
Deaf person experience.
This place has been around for 10+ years and as soon as you try their food you know why. They aren't shysty with the meat on anything I'm the type of person that will eat up to ten tacos but could only finish 5 from here. Salsa is really good and if you like burn your mouth salsa they got it too that doesn't sacrifice flavor for fire either it's awesome. I ordered 25 tacos as soon as they opened up and it took them all but 10 minutes to have my order ready. Owners are beyond friendly too it was an all around awesome experience.
My first time visiting this place. Absolutely delicious! I had two carnitas street tacos. I think I could eat 20 of them! I will be back soon!
Ii stopped by and got a birria quesadilla and 3 asada tacos. The flavor of the meats were on point the only knock is the flour tortilla flavor its packaged and not very good.
There's simply no possibility of ever eating anything from here that isn't absolutely amazing! Quality ingredients is key and that's all they serve! Multiple meat options all of which are bomb. Tried my first torta here and had a life changing experience. This place is bucket list status. I'm going out on a limb here but I'm gonna go ahead and state best authentic Mexican style street food in Springfield, MO.
So good. Everything was so fresh. Truly amazing food.
I went here yesterday evening and waited about 15 minutes for my order as there were 11 college students who ordered in front of me. That's a good turn around. Tad bit annoying that we had to wait for our drinks until our order was up. We came here to eat becuase I was told that this place is the only authentic mexican food around. Pros: The meat was seasoned good, the horchata was delicious, they offer Tortas and Elotes. Cons: The meats are tiny (asada and pastor), the $2.15 tacos are very small and should be properly called a taquito (you can't get full on 2), the $8.45 Torta is overpriced for such a small bolillo where everything falls out as you eat it, nothing was spicy (not the jalapenos, not the red salsas offered, not the pico de gallo , not the chili for the elote). The nasiest thing on this menu not worth the $3.50, was the Maruchan Noodles as it was nothing like described. Just brown watered noodles in a cup with no chili or anything. I was expecting a spicy cup of noodles with the works. We took our food to good so we were able to add lemon pepper and valentina sauce to the Elotes. We are orginally from Austin/San Antonio and are used to good spicy affordable mexican food that keeps you full. I paid $44 cash yesterday for 3 of us and my kids ended up asking me to make arroz and fideo at 8:30 at night. STILL, this place is way better than the the few other places we have tried.
