1st time here. Wonderful food. They got my order incorrect. But it was good anyway.
Very speedy service! Food was on point with the quality of the full size Mexican Villa. I had the Sancho enchilada style with chips and salsa and it was exquisite as always.
The sweet sauce here is so incredibly delicious. Also they'll make your food exactly how you want it and they're really quick. The prices are so reasonable and they are located in more than one location so there's always a place in Springfield to stop and eat.

I was able to get a taco salad. It was fresh and good. Restaurant was clean and the staff was very polite. We will go back for sure.
I would give them 5 stars but their tacos are pretty bad. I give them 4 stars because of friendly service and their Taco Burger & Sancho enchiladas are so good. I recommend this place to my friends because of it. I warn them about the tacos though LOL The tacos used to be the best ones in town.
The history and atmosphere adds to the experience. Taco Salad was really nice. Usually you get 90% lettuce with just a seasoning of meat and cheese. Not at this place! Good balance of ingredients.
Update: Visited again. This time there was just a sprinkling of meat on the bed of lettuce. Obviously the portion control depends on the employee who happens to be working. They need to use a measure for consistency. Now I'm not sure if the first great one is the normal, or the second one! I'll guess I'll try it again the next time I'm in Missouri. Downgrading from five to three until I try again ;)

Happy to report that my third visit was like the first. upgrading to my original rating of five stars and including a picture.
I like this location. The price of food is up, but I think that’s an issue everywhere. It’s quick to order. I get my burrito enchilada style w no salad, and they always get my order right here. The food was delicious, but chips were stale. I noticed that in the evenings vs lunch the chips are older. Other than that, no complaints. Great food and quick service with clean restrooms.
