So impressed!
So I went in there for a job interview. LOL I didn’t get the job, which is fine. I am confident whoever they hired is wonderful! It was definitely different from other job interviews. We were invited to sit in a big table as though we were welcomed guests at home, not just some random job candidates. We were offered drinks, lemonade, and smoothies several times. I was amazed how we were treated with so much kindness and respect. I also got to chat with some of employees there and they told me how much they love their jobs there and how everyone is so friendly. Just from those couple of visits and observation, it was obvious that the owner (Brian) goes above and beyond to give customers the best foods and customer service experience. And it’s a safe and loving place for anyone to work and grow personally and professionally. We need more of such place in Springfield! I never really got what all the hypes about Chick-Fil-A was until I visited this location. So blessed and highly recommend this location to all my family and friends! I’ll be taking my hungry family (my big black bear son and big blonde bear hubby) there to eat! :D

As with pretty much all Chik-fil-As I've been too, service was really great. The food was fresh and tasty. The parking lot at this location can be kind of crazy at times and the line for the drive thru often spills into the road and blocks traffic. They have recently made some changes that has made it better but has not eliminated the issue.
It was a beautiful day, so I chose to sit outside. Even though I was the only one sitting out there I was asked several times by very pleasant workers if I needed anything. I've been to restaurants with servers who didn't check on me or offer service as much as here, and these employees don't get tips (I don't believe, even though they definitely take good care of their customers).
Only complaint would be the tables outside needed wiped off. Where I sat had crumbs as did the other tables I walked by to get to where I sat. I figured being out in the sun probably helped sanitize them, so I wasn't too concerned. I understand that the inside tables probably get more people therefore focused on and cleaned more often.
First time eating at Chick-Fil-A, service and food was outstanding! I'm unfortunately gluten-free and used to ordering a burger without the bun... they have gluten-free buns so I got to eat a normal sandwich. Wish I could give more stars honestly.
My kids love this store. We've been there many times. They have a recent crew member (Trot) that has done a great job of making them feel welcome. Overall, the food is good, the service is really spectacular!
Always have my orders been correct. Down to the sauces we ask for; however.... And this seems like it's been more of an issue lately with restaurants and fast food businesses, ATTITUDES!!! It's always the same girl and guy when we go thru there. . no matter the time of day or day in general, they are so negative. All in all LOVE THIS PLACE
The service and organization is always superb at Chick-Fil-A ❤️ our food was amazing as per usual. I was a little sad that they ran out of chicken strips, I've never had that happen before. We did go a little later on a Saturday. So we tried the Deluxe Chicken sandwich instead and was not disappointed at all!
