Were warmly and immediately greeted, and seated, by Amya.
Our server, Sara, was friendly, attentive and informative; she seemed to enjoy a good rapport with all of her customers.
There were some seasonal additions to the menu and each of them seemed worth the trip.
We went for soup and both the sausage & lentil as well as chicken noodle soup did not disappoint - hot & tasty.
The short rib marsala (limited time only) was tender, delicious, and accompanied by a very generous helping of mashed potatoes.
I have no complaints except that they were out of at least two items we ordered, hence 4 stars, but that seems to be a problem everywhere these days.
Our waitress Chantel was awesome at the Carrabba's restaurant in Springfield, PA. She was so kind and made it absolutely wonderful for my sister's birthday. She went above and beyond bringing her a dessert with a candle on it that she covered on the bill. Chantel was awesome one of the best servers. I really appreciate everything she did to make my sister's birthday dinner really special. Thank you so much Chantel, your the best! 🤗 Also, the restaurant was nice and clean and good atmosphere. The dinners and desserts were excellent. We had the tiramisu, the chocolate brownie cake, and strawberry cheesecake!!!!
Stopped in for a late lunch. Chris, the bartender was awesome! Very attentive to our needs and timed the food perfectly. Could have been 5 stars, but I only posted a 4 because we waited at the mall entrance a few minutes, then was redirected across the building to wait again to be seated. We chose to sit at the bar🍸. Thank you, Bartender Chris, for helping hubby with his selections.
I sat down for lunch and ordered the Chicken Ceasar salad. My server Haley was very sweet and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed. Brian W (proprietor) has a great team that provides amazing service and keeps the restaurant very clean!
I hadn't been to Carrabba's in a long time, & I'm glad we decided to grab a quick bite at the Springfield location. We were greeted & seated right away. Our server was very attentive & made some very helpful meal & beverage suggestions. The bread & olive oil are my favorite! The experience did not disappoint.
Chantel was an absolute dream. My mom and I kept talking about how kind and considerate she was!! She is the epitome of what customer service should look like. Thank you! We had a wonderful time.
the staff at this place is amazing! service is excellent and we love to be seated with Bryant who continuously provides excellent service. Bryant is who keeps us coming back every Friday and Saturday nights after our long shift at work. An amazing place to unwind. We love Bryant!
My bday dinner was a hit I had a good time and that blackberry sangria was 👌 koodos to the chef!! They didn't put the meat inside my stuffed chicken or the cheese but what's pictured was still good the lentil sausage soup was great everyone else said it tasted burnt but I like it. Overall it was a great time good food and good people! I would visit again but different dish.
Marcus made our experience AMAZING. He was so quick, professional and got everything perfect for us!! We will def be back and will be sitting in his section again!
The $44 Family meals are a great budget friendly option! I love that salads are included and the kids loved the food choices. Pickup took longer than I had hoped so I would go inside to pick up if you're in a rush.
