This is a store you can count on. Good service, on time and accurate delivery orders. For years I ordered from this location happily. I recently moved and have been having terrible issues with the other location. Its worth going out of my way to do business here.
I ordered from this Pap Johns on a rainy Friday. The pizza arrived about 2+ hours later. The following Monday, to my surprise, I received a call from the manager who too the initiative to apologize for the delay and sent me a coupon for a free pizza. Things happen and pizza gets delayed, but the manager took responsibility to keep a customer and I appreciate that.
I have reviewed this Papa John's in the past and gave it a strong review but I am taking it all back. There is nothing against the food. It is excellent. My issue is with the service. This is the third time in a row I have had a miserable experience with getting my food on time. Twice I have done pick up and once I did delivery through doordash. Every single one of these last three times the wait has been overwhelming. The store is chronically understaffed and they are unable to get your food to you in a reasonable time. On the pizza tracker, all three times my food was declared ready and all three times it was not. This is not the problem of the people at the store because there were only two folks there and one was being trained. This is a problem for the management of the store who do not properly staff it. Again, the food was fine but I am unwilling to return due to the lack of service.
The food is delicious, management works alongside their employees and makes sure the food is made properly and that it comes quickly. Love the food and the convenience of the location. Will definitely eat here again.
I love this location. My husband and I have been in the neighborhood for five years now and this is our go-to Papa Johns branch.
The pizza is always hot and fresh, wings have the perfect amount of Buffalo sauce on them, and the garlic breadsticks just melt in your mouth. When we make weird or specific orders they always listen and it's always done just how we asked (example; half cheese and half supreme pizza , "well done", etc.)! The delivery personnel is outstanding. Always on time and so friendly. A smile goes a long way.

Ordered online and the pizza was ready in 21 minutes, well within the timeframe May told me to expect. Friendly service and an easy location for pickup. Make sure you check the specials, I ended up getting a large for less money than it would have cost to get a medium of the same Pizza.
I used to order pizza from here a lot. I usually came to pick it up in person. Always good. Just like any Papa John’s.
The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She hang up the phone on me when I called 50min after order the pizza to check in if the driver is out for delivery.
I love Papa John's! I I order pizza from this particular one quite regularly. The folks on the phone are always very professional and very nice!!
Pizza was pretty good. It was ready fast. We had a 3 topping and a Supreme. I would recommend this place.
