Had a mistake with an order. They fixed it and went above and beyond. Great food for good price. The provolone and cheese is my favorite sandwich on the menu. It’s a lot of food for a reasonable amount and really good deli meat. Best sub place in the area
I got the bacon ranch cheese steak for 10$. It was 8-9 inches but it was pretty thick. It’s the best sandwich you can get around Springfield for the price. Definitely skip subway and potbelly for this instead
Everything was good but Mr. Michael was great! He really takes pride in his work! He greets every customer, puts your order together like a ninja and does it all with a smile. If the food was nasty I’d still give this place a 10/10 because of Michael’s customer service! Great customer service is rare these days if you go anywhere other than chic-fil-a! I had the original Italian. 👍🏾
I just finished eating a steak and cheese , and omg the subs here are delicious this is the first time I try their subs and hollycow feels like I've been missing out they come out hot off the grill if you eat it right away .
I will definitely become a customer from here on , also just told my son I will bring him this Sunday.
Also the guys that work at this particular location are young but super on point they do their work fast and as expected and they are super polite also.
IYKYK, no secret has to be one of the top sandwich chains in the US. Cheesesteaks all slap, but the cold cuts are freshly shaved in the store—which seems to give some extra freshness to it. Veggies always taste like they were just cut too. They have the bread to meat to veg ratio on these are down to a science. 4.6 star for a chain store sandwich.
Hands down the best Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. I have been going to them for years. Great management and team. They bake the bread perfect, should be the standard company wide. I have been to other locations...not even close. This team makes me feel like family. Best fast food hoagie in town, and best staff!! Thanks crew! 😁

Always like Jersey Mike's. We had a turkey and cheese sub and the Italian as a salad in a bowl. The lettuce and onion could have been fresher (not bad or spoiled) but I have used a little older at home as well.

I LOVE going to this Jersey Mike’s! It’s always a great experience. There is a guy named Mike (I think) and he remembers everyone’s name and order! He is amazing! I hope he makes a lot of money. He is a great employee . Or maybe he owns it! Idk but he’s great!! They make you feel like family. I really like going there and of course the food is always good. 😊 I highly recommend! 😊
