Jose has put his heart and soul into this place. From the art on the tabletops to the art on the plates he has created a unique experience right here in old Sparks. Great food, great drinks and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. You gotta try this - the Ship sails again!
Tried the Tostadas de Ceviche de Pescado & tostada de Callo de Acha, very tasty! Beautiful presentation and our server was amazing! Great new place in Reno!

Had to pick up some hardware at Shelly's True Value which is across the street and stumbled upon this gem. The menu is perfect, the service is stellar, the food is what you would expect from a refined establishment. I was here on a Saturday just before the dinner rush, which was definitely happening. The fight was on multiple screens and live music was just getting started. I will definitely be coming back.
The restaurant was clean, staff friendly. My $15 steak was perfect and the salad was crisp and fresh. Look at the pictures! There was a nice atmosphere and families dining there. A super nice restaurant that won't break your wallet. The nicest thing is that even though we are social distancing, I could sit down and have a excellent meal without any hassles or feeling like I am surviving a zombie apocalypse! I really needed this. Oh, the bathroom had high dollar Kohler plumbing, amazing.
My wife and I dined there tonight, we had the empanadas, they were excellent however they are kind of big and you should stick with 2 as an appetizer before your regular meal. I had the caldo 7 mares, which is seafood soup. The soup was great and had crab legs, mussels,clams,red snapper,whole shrimps,couldn't eat it all. My wife had the huachinango zarandeado which is pan fried whole snapper. It was very good also. Our waitress was airline. Our dining experience was comfortable and friendly. We will definitely go back.
First time and I had the Huachinango zarandeado (Sautéed Red Snapper) and definitely going back I loved the dish the only thing I was surprised that they charge me $3.50 for soda water but Got to go back to try Shrimp pozole and Pineapple Seafood
Not a huge place but the food is very good. The staff is real friendly and attentive to your needs. Definitely try their micheladas.
