An excellent place and an excellent location. Less than a three minute walk from the movie theaters, Fuji is now my place to-go both whenever I want sushi / and / whenever I go out to the cinema. I love the food here, could stay for hours with the atmosphere, and the drinks never fail. The WeChat mixed drink is almost dangerous with how good it is. If you want a sushi place that, though it might be a bit on the pricier end, will leave you satisfied and happy - Fuji is the place to go ! Also, if you want the best experience, go to the sushi bar ; chances are you’ll see me there too!
Pretty good place. Lots of space for a couple or a large party. I like the decor and place looks really clean. Although people at the bar can be quite load.
Absolutely love this place. Assembly is fun, catch a movie at AMC, get a couple drinks at any of the bars, then fine fine at a very reasonable cost at Fuji! It's my 5th time there and it's as good as it ever was. Phenomenal sushi, beautiful dishes and presentation, and great service. We even received TWO complimentary dishes that were out of this world. This is some of the best sushi around. I'll be back for a 6th and 7th time- every time I go to assembly!
Excellent food and service like all the
other Fuji locations. The portions are a bit small for the prices, so order extra if you’re ordering entree plates.
First time there, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the place.
The inside is simple, but nice, and busy when we got there.
Our waiter, Jim I think, was attentive, polite, nice, and efficient.
We tried their cocktails, and they were very nice, I just don't remember what we had.
Their calamari appetizer was one of the best I had anywhere, ever.
Their scallop appetizer equally delicious and inventive.
Nice seaweed salad as well.
We had some delicious sushi, I just don’t remember which, but it was the shrimp.
What I found not to be as great, was the Pad Thai. I found it to be not as good as the other dishes.
Great place altogether though.
That's why they were so busy.
I chose the Chicken Lettuce Roll-Ups Appetizer and the Beef and Cumin Wok Dish with a side of White Rice...
I also chose Hot Green Tea (very delicate flavor and quite delectable) and Hot Water after that...
The Chicken Lettuce Dish was not as I expected and I thought it would come like how the Vietnamese prepare it and forget about the Japanese/Chinese technique to add everything ourselves...
You will need to reorder more condiments (finely sliced carrots, cucumber, and green onions) with it to prepare the "taco-like" experience...
The Chicken was very tender and there was leftover for a snack or light lunch with the leftover rice...
The Beef was definitely marinated in Cumin and Cumin has medicinal benefits; the flavor was excellent and it was mixed with Red Onions, Green and Red Bell Peppers, and Pineapples...
I definitely advise to get this dish if you enjoy Cumin and Beef...
I ended with Green Tea Mochi, which came with artistic Whipping Cream, Strawberries, and Chocolate Syrup...
This was a nice ending, but eat it quick since writing this review and eating Mochi left me with my last bite a bit melted and stuck to the plate...
Very delicious...
My server was Brian and he was attentive, quick, and quite polite and soft mannered; ask for him and TIP him well...
I come here often for dinner and it's always immaculate. I stopped by last week for a quick in-and-out before going to a movie, and Terri was the best server I've had in a long time. She knew I was in a rush and got my order in incredibly quickly and made sure all my needs were met. She even gave me a water to go since it was a super hot day out. I just wanted to give Terri a shout-out for being terrific, and Fuji for always being top-notch.
