Everything was hot. My friend poked a hole in the bottom of his cup and an employee walked by. He said wow... you guys need another drink? He asked what it was and then and came back with a replacement. Now that it's customer service and worth 5 stars!! Sheppard, Texas

The past couple times I been to this location have been awesome I had the same carhop twice I can't find my receipt that had her name on it but she's blonde with a cross tattoo on the back of her leg she's very sweet always smiling and happy and willing to make her customers satisfied she is the kind of carhop we need here in shepherd just wanted to say thank you! And that there are people out there that shows appreciation!!

Ate here today and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our carhop, Samantha, was awesome. We got our order very quickly. Great place, will eat here again.
