We ordered at least 20 biscuits for our work. They did great on timing. Everything was correct. My BEC biscuit was great. No complaints here
They don’t always have enough help but the people that are there are working hard to get you thru the line with good service and good food.
I have patronized Hardee's almost 60 years, in countless towns. In high school, I had the privilege of working at the the very first restaurant in the chain (Rocky Mount, NC), over 50 years ago, i.e. First Hardee's owned by Mr Hardee, in Greenville, NC, never a part of the chain. This Hardee's had some very hard workers, doing a fine job.
We just ordered two 10 piece chicken and biscuits and by far the best! Hot, fresh, juicy, just good even down to the bone 😋. My family was very pleased with the food and the service on this visit. My fiancé even called the store and talked to the manager to give them a compliment on the chicken. Definitely will be returning!

The manager on duty tonight handled my family's complicated order and we received everything we ordered, the way we ordered it. I have had issues in the past with just getting a regular, easy order. The manager on duty tonight did an amazing job! It still took much longer than expected and the reason for the loss of the star but my family was very pleased with the the taste of their food and getting their food the way they wanted it. This Hardee's seems to be improving their customer service and order accuracy.
Well it was a steak egg and cheese biscuit🙄 it was yummy to my tummy for sure!!! Obviously😂🤣😂😝 it was gone before I got the reviews notification. Lol

Food decent, but took a long time to cook a medium sized meal. Increase in speed and they'd be a much better place .
