Always a great place for a quick bite. This place is treasured by locals and those fortunate to be in the area. Usually busy. Great variety of options and freshness of ingredients. Staff are great, too

Excellent burgers! We've been working in Bakersfield and this is a regular stop for lunch. Service is quick and friendly and the food is delicious.
Fantastic burgers, sandwiches, and everything else for a quick, cheap, yet quality eating experience! I tried the Philly Steak Sandwich and Bacon Burger and they were both great! Would definitely eat here again!
An old fashioned wonderful hamburger joint on Lerdo hwy in Shafter Ca. Family ran, outstanding, friendly staff. Been coming here for years. Always a great meal, served hot and fresh no matter what you order. Highly recommended.

Took the family here after my son had a function with his Young Marine group at Minter Field. The food was good, prices reasonable, and the place was clean. I will agree with a couple of other reviews that stated that the staff seemed less than cordial. They were not rude... they were just mechanical and cold. I will still come back to this place when I am in town. They still are doing a good job. Just tell the people to smile more. :-)
Honestly, this place is great, there's a lot to choose from along with the food being awesome when you need it. I recommend their crispy chicken salad, you get to choose what else you want as toppings and cheese- and choose your favorite dressing. A great place overall, and yeah maybe sometimes a food may not hit the spot for you, but the point is you can always choose something else again and again. 👍
I absolutely love this place. We try to go here everytime time we go to Shafter to visit my grandma. They have delicious, old fashion fresh food. Great burgers, fries and milkshakes. If your going to be in Shafter you should absolutely go here for a fabulous meal.
