Hi moved here a few weeks ago great location and environment. On the lake so the views are super. The building is older and they do a good job of working with what they have so it is not a new sparkling place but worth the trade off. Dog friendly which is great
I think a lot of these reviews are based on previous management. I moved in in November 2015, and so far, my experience has been great. The three people I have met so far that are part of the leasing and maintenance departments have been nice and professional. I had to get a couple of things fixed around here and all of them have been done very dependably. To be honest, I haven't had too much interaction with the staff here, but when I have done so, it was all good.
The location is a real pleasure. I was happy with the view I had. Hadn't had a real reason to use any of the amenities, I never did at my previous apartment either so if those are very important to you, you should check them out yourselves, I never even bothered to look.
Haven't really had a negative experience so far and I have no plans of leaving this place anytime soon :)
I've lived here for 1 year and I do believe the management team is doing a good work. They are capable of reminding people about the common area access and provide timely response to residents' inquiries. It would be more convenient for the folks if off-work bus route 27 can be on time, which seldom happen. The rent is pricy if you consider the age of the property. But if all season lake view is what you're looking for, you will not be disappointed.
