Capitol Hill is pretty saturated with coffee shops yet I still often see a line at Caffe Vita, a sign that their coffee is definitely not bad. I stopped by one day and had a latte. Coffee was decent and staff was friendly, the best part is probably the atmosphere, relaxing and convivial.
Music was too loud for me, and the guy sitting next to me. (He started complaining about it on the phone to someone else.) That said, if you are in the mood for a bar-like music atmosphere, Caffé Vita could be the ticket for you.
I had a delicious orange mocha latte (with orange peel, not just syrup), and a sandwich that was also pretty good.
I remember getting a substantial amount of work done at this cafe, so I’m not sure if the music helped me concentrate or if I just had a lot to do that day!
Very inspiring vibe when I visited. People were reading, taking photographs, writing, and talking. The place is outlined by bold colors and strong lines. The magnificent roaster is beautiful.
They were awesome! However, when your large drip coffee is $4.18 without tip (It's been a year since I've done a coffee shop), I'll make a point to Keurig my Seattle's Best #4 Organic, for mere pennies! Inflation is great... For them, maybe?
Beautiful atmosphere; the barista had great energy; they use oatley for their oat latte which i prefer; covered outdoor seating so i can sit out in the rain. The espresso is roasted just a tad dark for my personal taste, but overall a great experience. Makes me miss the one on the lower east side!
My favorite Seattle coffee shop. The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming. Great coffee. Hank loves the treats he gets too 🐶
