You should try to be at the August George town after party for messenger bikes dead baby downhill race's after party. Several blocks shut down to traffic, tons of customers. The few food trucks last year ran out of food. More trucks are needed. The crowd would love your food!

Always such good food. The smash burger is a go-to for me! I also really liked the gnocchi- such a fun snack! Great menu, quality food, and speedy service.
PORK BELLY REUBEN and fries
smoked pork belly, fried sauerkraut, swiss, 3 pepper cider aioli, marble rye. I ordered it without the sauerkraut. This sandwich as well as fries were very delish 😍 ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! My friends who tried it with the sauerkraut loved it as well. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the service window area could be a bit cleaner but the staff were friendly. I’m definitely going back. This food truck was on Union Ave and 21st. I’ve only seen it here on Sundays.
Order fries and brussel sprouts but closed 90 minutes early. Wish I could have tried more of the food and Two Beers.
Today, I got to have the Circus Burger at an event sponsored at work and it was divine! I’m not really a burger fan because I find most patties have a charred/gas flavor to them, not to mention some burgers tend to be dry... but not this one!
The aioli sauce was delicate and enhanced the overall flavor of the burger. I also loved the use of arugula and the pickled onion with the burger, and it was cooked well; not oozing, nor dry, nor uninspiring...
I will definitely be dragging my family down to the Woods so that my husband can try their burgers too.
We are visiting from Atlanta and decided to get a burger and beer before hiking:).Seattle Cider Company we visited before and was extremely impressed with the craft beers 🍻. This time Bread and Circuses 🎪 were crafting burgers 🍔that day. OMG!!!!!!!!!! Amazing! This combination will satisfy a real foodie.!!!!
Their menu is constantly changing, and the food is always inventive.
