The best. My music dream. Awesomeness in the neighborhood. Tom, Claire, and Kaitlin are the best.
I just love this place! Tom, the owner, is a great guy and his places always feel like home! Good people, music, and surroundings. Love that there is music and that he takes care of his artists!

This place rocks! Good down-to-earth bar, great bartenders, owner has a incredibly vast knowledge of music which is evident in the background music. There are bands playing every night of the week everybody should come out and support this wonderful place and your local musicians!
At Parliament Tavern you will hear some the Seattle Area's Best music. Especially if you are looking for Seattle Funk Music. They have a night called West Seattle Soul every first Thursday of the month and it will melt your face off with old school funk played by a tight 13 or 14 piece funk band. horns, keys, percussion, drums, bass, guitars, vocals.... excellent. The staff is friendly and quick with your drinks... great chill atmosphere
Great bands and great beer on tap. Saw Special Forces and they were throwin down the jazz w original compositions and interesting covers.

A cozy little dive bar in the heart of West Seattle. The owner was friendly and the music was solid.
Super cool people. Feels right at home to the rockers of the 70's - 90's. And probably one of the oldest crowds I've seen. Don't think I saw anyone under 30 there. It was a nice departure from the usual bar scene. If I lived anywhere close by, this would be my spot.
In the interest of full disclosure, I have been performing at this venue since it was the Shipwreck over two years ago. The new owner is doing a lot for the local music scene and for beer aficionados. Their selection of beer sets them apart, but is limited only by the breadth of beers they have the room to present. The music is a wonderful collection of local talent from the quiet to the profane. This is one of my favorite places to visit and play. Parking can be a bit of a bother, but after hours the parking lot adjacent to the club for the bank is often available. Great spot.
Almost a flash back to the 90's when underground bands played in tiny dives.
Not a bad place to see a band, and you can get a cocktail too. Staff is amiable and prices are better than most places.
It is a small place with the stage taking up 1/3 of the floorspace.
Thanks to the old natural wood the sound is decent, but don't expect lots of FX or fancy lighting.
So far not a single cover/tribute band has played when I have been there, and each band had 3-4 decent original songs, so the person doing the booking has some standards.
Great music, drink, and vibes. Not much more I could ask for!
