I was recommended this place by someone I had met and was told to order the Vermecelli Noodle dish.
Super yummy and very fresh, my order came with grilled pork, beef rib and pork roll.
I would come back here to eat again!
I found this place when browsing online and was drawn in by images of their noodle soups on their dalat bac biet / Dalat special menu. We decided to try it on a whim, and when we arrived last night, there was loud live music and it turns out they were celebrating their 5th anniversary. The venue was set up differently than normal, and we found that they were not planning on serving those soups that night due to short staffing during the even. However, they offered to make it as a special request because the kitchen was not too busy at the time. I’m so glad they did, because it was delicious, and they will definitely have another a repeat customer! I’ll be coming back for me. Tried the Mi Quang dalat and it was delicious. Definitely want to try more.
I traveled all the way from Tacoma to The Best noodle soup restaurant in Seattle/West Seattle/White Center.
I at lunch at about 2pm today and did not even need to have dinner.
They must make the broth from scratch, because it had flavor and I still have what I call, "Happy Belly".
I did not experience any inflammation after eating. They use good ingredients!
The wait staff were kind and the Owner very engaging. My buddy ordered the wings, let me tell you, they were crisp as I like them and flavor to the meat and bone.
Cannot wait to go back. Ot was worth the drive!
Delicious. One of the of our family said the tofu was exquisite. We got a few sandwiches, chicken and tofu. They hit the spot. Flavors were robust and the bread was toasted to perfection. We also got a few tofu and shrimp spring rolls. The peanut sauce was unique and very nice. We got a couple of noodle dishes that we are going to save for lunch tomorrow.
Great value and great food. The service was prompt and the folks working were helpful and nice.
We will be ordering from Dalat Quan again!
Went there on a Saturday evening. Not crowded. Authentic Vietnamese taste from the Dalat region of Vietnam. I picked their signature noodle - Mi Quang Da Lat. It tasted so good. This bowl is for someone who likes heavy tasted soup noodles. Definitely not for the mild taste eaters. My partner ordered a Bun Bo Da Lat. I tried it too and the taste is milder but still very rich in taste. We are not local here, so I am glad that we picked the right place. There was also live music played. Service was okay but can use a little improvement. Overall, a big thumbs up for them and will return when we are in the area again.
Banh Mi Chicken
$8
Blew my socks off. Warm, soft bread … crunchy on outside.
Grilled chicken soft and chewy.
This place was a great find! My friends and I are from out of town, and we enjoyed our food throughly. The bun thot nuong was amazing, as the grilled pork was the star of the show. My friends had Bun Bo Hue & Pho, and they throughly enjoyed the broth. This is a must visit!
Super great food my favorite was the Pork Bahn Mi Sandwich. Deep fried prawns were also amazing with their house made sauce to dip in! Highly recommend great customer service! We will be back to try everything else on the menu.
This establishment offers genuinely authentic Vietnamese cuisine. If you're curious about the exquisite flavors of pho, bun bo hue, hu tieu, and mi quang, this is the place to experience them. It's like a culinary journey to southern Vietnam, with identical, mouthwatering tastes.
High quality fresh food, broth has great aroma and depth of flavor and is not too salty. Sitting for dine in was clean and comfortable. We will be back!
