Today was my last day at Starbucks, but I wanted to thanks the folks at SODO Kitchen for making my lunch (mostly soup) every day for the past year. You guys are always friendly and positive and make great food.

Amazing food and service. My only complaint is that the parking situation was unclear. Once entered the parking lot attendant asked us to pay a $30 parking fee. Once I paid and entered I asked a store employee about it. She said only half of the parking lot was leased out and I shouldn’t pay. She said she is sorry. There should be a clearer sign of parking fees on the property. There are signs of no event parking all over the lot but the front sign says event parking is $30.
I had a wonderful experience here. I had to find somewhere to set up my printer for work since I don’t have my own office yet. The general manager was so helpful and courteous. She reminded me of the atmosphere I loved and cherished when I too was an employee with Starbucks almost 20 years ago!
If you want really, REALLY fancy coffee, this is the place.
Starbucks Reserve was a nice experience! Fantastic customer service and best bar tender! Great drinks highly recommend!

I got a double espresso in a personal cup. Their prices have gone up so I started carrying my own little cup. The barista was friendly and had a sense of humor. The music was pleasant, upbeat yet blandly inoffensive. The line wasn't bad. I used to use mobile ordering more but I can't save money with my personal cup if I use that service. The coffee itself was, as always, fine.
This was the best Starbucks dessert I have ever tasted! 😋😋
Absolutely pleasant experience! Customer service was amazing! Rob was so kind to us; and made us feel so welcomed. Upscale hospitality to its finest. What a treat!
