This is my favorite place on a cold day or if I’m craving some hot soup. I like their sui-kau noodle soup and fish congee. The owners have two little helpers running around which was sweet. Wish more people knew about the food here!
Very authentic Hong Kong noodles and congee. The Sui Kow is fantastic! A hidden gem😋
Best broth on planet Earth. I've been going here through decades and different owners. The current cook learned from a master and is now a master himself. The brisket and wonton noodle bowl (large, of course ) and a side of Chinese donuts puts you in culinary nirvana. It doesn't look like much from outside, but it's a Seattle treasure and is definitely worth a visit.
This place is great! Simple and easy, there’s a window you can see into the kitchen with big pots of broth on the burners. The wonton and & BBQ pork soup is delicious. The broth is light, a delicate flavor, and could cure just about any ailments. The BBQ pork gives it just a little sweetness, it’s soft but has a little bite to it. The wontons are delicious. The veg is nice and tender, full of delicious broth flavor. The beef tendon is also delicious. A great texture with a clean flavor. The chili oil is really good and goes well with the beef tendon soup. This place really reminds you that less is more. The perfect spot for a rainy day, a cold day, a cloudy day, a day you’re feeling sad; this soup will make you happy.
I came to this amazing gem a few weeks and I'm still thinking about it!🤤
The noodles were perfect in texture & taste, the broth was savory & delicious, the wontons were scrumptious & delectable, the vegetables with oyster sauce were the perfect side with the soup. I was in heaven eating this delicious food on that cold afternoon day.
I will definitely take more trips to Seattle just to eat here again. They truly are one of the best restaurants I've ever had the privilege of eating in.💖
Really good wet food. The wonton and the congee are great! Complementary tea. Excellent service.
I tried Canton Wonton House at the Lunar New Year festival the other day. I had a $6 bowl of their wonton soup and by the end of the festival, looped back around for another one. It was the only place I went back to for seconds.
Today I ordered them for delivery on Uber Eats. Their prices are very fair especially for the quality and amount of food given.
Their pork and shrimp wontons are bouncy, juicy and filling. The broth is simple yet flavorful and clear - I love it with their chili oil paste. Their noodles have a complimentary flavor and good bite even for being very thin. They deserve some hype!
If I had the money to help them renovate their space, I would do it. They work hard, have kids and produce quality food. They deserve a quality upgrade like many of the delicious restaurants in the International District.
They are back open! The food here is amazing. The flavor in the soup, is just magical. Ive been coming here for over 10 years, and it's still my favorite place to eat. BBQ wonton noodle soup, and the chicken congee with the glorious Chinese donut is so healing and delicious. Make sure you ask for water when you burn your mouth. Its hard to not dig in immediately and singe your mouth :) .
My favorite noodle place of all time. The broth is delicious and the wontons are very good. I’ve been going here since I was little and it’s my favorite place for wonton mein.
Delicious wonton soup! The broth is light and flavorful and the wontons are quite good. The people who work here are also very polite and I loved dining here!
