Absolutely a must if you’re in Seattle! Stopped by during restaurant week too which is going on right now, and enjoyed some of the freshest and tastiest sashimi I’ve had in the city! Definitely coming back! Highly recommend. The team here is also so thoughtful and it’s cool to watch the open kitchen. Ordered more food to go because it was that good!
The food was delicious and well prepared! The eel cold noodles were well balanced with sweet and salty; the ramen miso soup noodles were tasty. The restaurant is located at a quiet neighborhood near Union Lake. It takes time to wait for our orders prepared. The ventilation is poor, our clothes had food smells so strong after our visit. Overall the price value is great with such wonderful food.
I first visited because I love Ramen and it was close to my hotel on a work trip. I came came back a second time because the Ramen was so good. I had the Garlic Tonkotsu both times and it is fanonminal. You have to give it a try.
Went here on a weekday night to some delicious Ramen and picked the Chef’s Special SUPER RAMEN ✨ - Veggie Volcano Ramen! 🍜 (this comes with a boiled egg unless you ask otherwise)
❤️Omg the Food portion and the the taste of broth on this ramen was Divine! If you were down with flu, this would be like a god sent gift! I absolutely love loved this one so much! 😭💕
✨ Other than that - We had the Veggie Croquette as well as an appetizer. This was really delicious as well ❤️
✨ Also you can try the authentic Japanese Soda that comes with a glass ball here, if you haven’t ❤️
The waitress was super cute and friendly too! ♥️♥️♥️

Great spot for Ramen! Veggie friendly, with options. Even has Sapporo on draft which is a plus. If you happen to grab a seat at the bar, there’s a sweet collection of anime posters and figures from Gundam wing to neon genesis evangalion.
This place seems like a more traditional sit-in restaurant, but there's two things to keep in mind:
1. The menu is actually on a QR code that shows the list of options, and
2. You actually have to walk up to the counter and order/pay for your food instead of someone coming to you first.
Was confused for a little while until I realized that. Still, good proportions and good food! I'd try it again.
The ramen here is one of the most delicious ones I've ever tried in the states. If you like spicy food I recommend the spicy tonkotsu ramen! The service is really good as well as the decoration with figurines brought from Japan.
We went for restaurant week and really enjoyed our ramens! The roasted duck had a nice touch with the sides and the chef coming out to greet us with a quack!
The spicy tonkotsu miso ramen was amazing. (Warning: it is actually spicy unlike other ramen places). Our server was nice and attentive :)
This place is the best Ramen spot in Seattle if you ask us :) The broth is delicious! The garlic carbonara is so creamy and perfect 🥰
