Awesome waterfront place to enjoy a breakfast. There are plenty of tables/seats so perfect place to kick back while wait for your ferry. They serve vita coffee and the breakfast burritos was yummy.
So glad to have the Clipper Cafe next to our hotel. It was nice to be able to grab a quick breakfast and a good cup of coffee for a reasonable price. My food was always ready in under 10 minutes. I stopped in between 8-9 so I don't know what the wait for would be like with the Clipper ferry rush.
The breakfast burrito had seasoned fried potatoes, choice of bacon or sausage, eggs and cheese. I tried the bacon breakfast burrito. It was tasty and filling. Had the oatmeal the next day and that was good. They give you a pack with the add-ins on the side. My daughter had the Ellenos yogurt parfait. It was good but I do recommend asking the price before purchase. Ellenos yogurt is on the pricey side. Coffee is solid. It's from Caffe Vita which is a locally owned company.
My wife & I chose Clipper Cafe as a convenient breakfast spot prior to our day-long whale watching cruise. Yes, the food & drink prices are inflated; but considering location & the friendly service & the made-to-order product, we'd choose Clipper Cafe again if we wanted a quick breakfast (every day) or lunch (weekdays only) near the Seattle waterfront.
The burritos are the best with avocado 🌯 and the price could be better but The cafe workers named Laney, Jae, Jo, & Lj are my favorites and I'm not just saying that because of I work here during the summer but because they work so hard to be fast and give out delicious food.
Good food. Great price. Good portions. What more can you ask for?
Nice café but opening hours on weekend are just 6-9, which does not make sense.
Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast burrito was incredible!
Tea and breakfast burrito was really good
