Nice overgrown beergarden ambiente with friendly staff. Great hang out.
Excellent selection of beers and a delicious menu. In fact, it was so good, my friends and I visited twice in one day!
We ordered chips, salsa, guacamole, tacos. I liked the shrimp tacos the best, but the fish and duck ones were good too. I got a hot toddy which was excellent.
Servers were helpful but not always there when you needed them.
Atmosphere is trendy, but a little cold, but was probably just right after a drink. Good place for a date night or to meet up with friends before aTaproot play.
Parking is a little harder to get but you can get it on side streets. I probably wouldn't bring kids just because it's a pub atmosphere, but I'm sure you could.
There were vegetarian options clearly marked.
Happy hour is great. An excellent bean dip. Cheeseburger came with a fantastic salad. My friend who is gluten-free, was able to request lettuce wrap instead of a bun for her cheeseburger. Solid beer, options and lots of open air seating with picnic style tables, as well as having great ventilation for indoors. Each time I’ve been there I’ve seen kids able to sit with their parents and enjoy.
Amazing local hangout in the Greenwood. We sat in the covered porch area. Nice heaters provided a very comfortable environment. A couple TVs in the background to see college football. We enjoyed the scramble and the relleno. Nice local craft beer selection. Thank you Sabrina for your service and the chef for your house made food. A definite go to in the Seattle area. Support local - it matters
Delicious food (but it can be spicy) with interesting flavors. Great chicken s'which if you like the sweet and spicy sauce. Love the grilled chicken plus bacon. Enchiladas and salads are good too. Thank you for all the last- minute meals (we order ahead). Dog friendly on warm days - sit outside at picnic tables.
My family and I had such a great time here! The food was delicious and the Happy Hour prices were great! Our server, Alex, was attentive and answered all of our questions (one of us in our party is gluten free and vegetarian and Alex was helpful with suggestions and answering her questions). The atmosphere is perfect too!
Went for lunch and had the Tacos Dorados, chicken taco salad wrap, and guacamole. All delicious!

Excellent burger here. I tried the crispy chicken sandwich and it was just so lovely! It came out pretty quick, just the right amount of sauce to not be a drippy experience and the bun was so light and fluffy! It comes with the fries and they are very nice and crisp as well! Only deducted one star because they forgot my water and took a super long time to take our order despite not actually being busy. I am totally understanding if there's a lot going on, but there were literally like 7 people in the entire section and most of them had been served when I arrived.
It’s not my neighborhood, but I would call this a “neighborhood gem.” It feels more like a bar than a restaurant inside, even on the “restaurant side.” I could do without all the TVs when I eat out. But I suspect the clientele is a lot of folks who want to combine meals w rooting for one of the local teams. And for that, this is a fantastic place. I mean, they had duck leg confit on the menu. That’s some high-falutin’ bar food. The poutine was good, tho I’d rather see fresh cheese curds, not cheddar hunks on my poutine. But still, they HAVE it, which is great. Service was good, the staff took care of us with a great attitude. We didn’t sample dessert because there’s a chocolate shop two doors down, so can’t speak to sweets on the menu. But you’re not going to go wrong here, just know that it feels like a pub atmosphere. And do go.
This was a nice little spot to grab a drink. Great beer list and a unique cocktail menu as well. The servers were all friendly as well.
The only downside is their hours. The web says they were open until 2 am. We show up on a Saturday at 11 pm and were informed that the kitchen had already closed. This wasn't a big deal because we were just stopping in for drinks. There were a couple individuals sitting in the courtyard that left about a quarter after 11 and the staff immediately moved in with the garden hose, sprayed everything down and closed that area off. Around 11:40, the server came around and told us that they were closing down their cocktails... leaving only draft beers. Before midnight on a Saturday.
Nice vibe, but get here early if you want to experience it. Otherwise you might feel rushed.
The food was great except the chicken thighs which were somehow very dry. I got a replacement and it was also very dry so I have to assume they bake them first which is unfortunate. The rest of the food was great.
