Small and cozy ice cream shop. Peach sorbet is smooth, sweet and light. Ideal for a hot day.
Double Expreso and pistachio are bomb.
Bonus points go visit the super cool vintage store right next door before or after your ice cream.
If you are an ice cream lover, Fainting Goat is a must try. The ice cream is very smooth and creamy, not extremely sweet and delicious. Their flavours are classic (pistachio, hazelnut, chocolate, vanilla, stracciatella, etc) and has intense and dense natural flavours.
I LOVE the fact they use organic milk and sugar, and also locally-sourced, seasonal fruits. For me it means a lot and brings a lot of extra points.
The portion is very well served and I highly recommend to get a waffle cone, which is fresh made.
The staff is nice, kind and patient.

Love love love the fruity sorbet flavors at this shop. They had peach and blueberry pomegranate sorbet at the time and both flavors were great. They were at a reasonable price too, compared to other ice cream places.
I've walked by this place a ton but didn't try it until today. I wish I had tried it earlier because it was amazing. I got the almond gelato and it was seriously delicious. Like, I didn't think I liked gelato that much until this. The almond flavor was so strong and nutty and perfect. I got a baby scoop for $5 which at first I thought was kind of expensive, but they top up the gelato decently and it tastes so good that I didn't mind the price.
Btw staff was also very patient with providing me and my group samples of the flavors despite us asking for so many :) I very much appreciate that!!
This is my second time visiting Fainting Goat (my first visit was to their Wallingford location) and I’m sold! Fantastic flavor selection - rose water, pistachio, espresso, hazelnut, chocolate, coconut, buttered rum and other fantastic amaze your taste bud selections. Everything is delectable, it just depends on your mood, as to what to get. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. AND they’re dog friendly! So I didn’t have to worry about Lulu while indulging my sweet tooth.
Really good Gelato. I liked the Strawberry Lime and Hazelnut mixed together. They were very friendly and helpful. Between four of us, we had three scoops right after burgers at Blue Moon and were nice and full and ready to walk it all off.
Came because we thought they had organic ice cream but they did not. They only had one flavor with goat milk which was disappointing. I ended up with the cinnamon ice cream, which was delicious, but tried a few other flavors that were lackluster.
We ordered hazelnut and tiramisu. Hazelnut’s flavor was so good. The Tiramisu was very sweet and strong, I hope they would adjust the flavor a bit. Shop was clean and easily accessible.
Wow this is good. Like a gelato meets ice cream. Not quite each other but texture and flavors are quite good.
Cute shop with a couple dozen flavors of Gelato and sorbet. I had the sour cherry and chocolate. Fabulous!
