If in the area you MUST check this place out. First off, you will love the selection of beers on tap. Then check out their menu! I tried the brisket on mac n' cheese. It was uhmazing! Finally, you will just LOVE the ambiance. It was just the right balance of backyard BBQ paired with good music, the smell of smoked BBQ on the grill, and laughter amongst friends and family. Plus... Guy Fieri was here!

Great food, chill spot, definitely easier for smaller groups as the place has limited seating but there is an outside patio area. The cocktails are well made with an excellent selection of whiskey and staff is knowledgeable and friendly without being intrusive.
This meal was so so so good - we had the brisket mac and cheese, brisket plate, and chicken wings. The wings were moist on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. Cannot recommend this place enough - I will definitely be coming back the next time I am in Washington!
Great fries, great ranch. The mac and cheese was good! They had no brisket when I went, but their pulled pork was OK.
Dining-hall atmosphere and dim lighting.
A solid option for BBQ in Seattle. I had the pork ribs ($18 for half rack) and fatty brisket ($18 for 1/2lb). Pork ribs were the favorite as they were very smoky. Both came with bread and pickles.
The winner of the night was the smoked jalapeno mac and cheese (MUST GET!!!!) - $7 for a side and so creamy, spicy, and smoky.
The restaurant itself is counter service, lots of street parking nearby, and indoor + outdoor seating. It wasn't too busy on a weekday evening.
One the best spots for bbq in Seattle! This place has tender Beef ribs, fatty brisket and lots of other good meats and sides. A staple is the brisket mac & cheese and 1/2 lb brisket plate
Come as a group and try a bit of everything.
I ordered chicken, jalapeno mac n cheese, pit beans, slaw, and sweet tea. The chicken was dry and tasted like the rub was just copious amounts of black pepper. Mac & cheese was probably the best part of the meal - although the noodles were quite soft, it had great flavor. I ended up liking the pit beans more than I thought I would - the flavor was great and was a nice mixture of beans and pulled pork. Slaw was a bit disappointing - it provided some nice complementary mouth cooling but just tasted like mayo. Sweet tea was perfect, just sweet enough without being too sweet and syrupy.
It was some decent BBQ, but not the best I've had in Seattle. Guy Fieri liked the brisket chili, so I might have a better opinion had I tried some brisket.
Damm good brisket Mac! Not dry at all. They give you a lot. 2 people could share if you’re not a big eater. 1 person could eat it all if you’re hungry enough. Excellent! Next time I wanna try with ghost pepper sauce 👹 pit beans are good they definitely are not shy with the brisket.
We did pick up. And they forgot to include the coleslaw. 😩 Definitely check your bags before you leave.
The food is absolutely delicious. Some of the best barbecue I have ever had. And the smoked brisket chili is spectacular. Same with the pit beans. All the food is fantastic.
Cat sitting for a friend nearby, went out in search of lunch. Had the pulled pork Mac n cheese bowl with extra pickled onion.
I am in heaven.
Huge portions, did NOT skimp on the pulled pork and they totally delivered on the extra pickled onion.
The cats are not the only ones who may gain a few pounds from extra noms while their owners are away....
brisket mac n cheese is 10/10. drizzle some hot bbq sauce on top, and no complaints.
pulled pork sandwich was kind of disappointing. just pork between two buns, nothing else, no sauce or anything. the pork itself is good though.
Wood shop BBQ is hands down the best Mac n cheese I've had in WA. We ordered the portobello mushroom Mac, Frito pie, pulled pork sandwich, and fried Mac n cheese balls. I highly recommend their smoked chicken as well. Everything was excellent!
