This place is a fun little dive. Food is good, prices are reasonable and the vibe is fun. The cashier/cook/owner(?) is very kind and on top of things. I found this place to be extremely comforting after a hard day at work.
Hidden gem in the YWCA building downtown Seattle. The meal truly felt home cooked. Perfect portion size for a good price. Service was top-notch as well. Forgot to take a picture of my food, was super hungry and the food was really good.
Stopped in for a bite before work. Small and cozy. Was going to try a sandwich and saw the curry menu. Veggies were properly cooked and seasoned. Chicken was nicely grilled and seasoned, not over powered. Rice was good. Curry sauce could use a bit more flavor and amount as well as maybe a larger portion size on the veggies. Still, if I am working in the area again I will likely go again. Good food for the price and location.
Heartbroken! DeliNoMore will permanently close April 10, 2023, is what I read on the sign outside the door! We've been coming here for maybe a decade now, every time we visit Seattle. We had not come for the past 3 years, due to Covid and border closures.
In a time when almost all prices have shot up, I was shocked to see they have not really raised their prices much. Irene seems to have one of the biggest hearts I've encountered in a long time. It is located within the YWCA and she serves many of the residents on a limited income.
The food was all as fresh, delicious and VERY affordable for the location. Mostly, it feels like it is cooked with a lady with a big heart. If you have a chance to visit this place before April 10 before it close, please do!
Amazing breakfast sandwich. The bacon was perfectly cooked, the balance of cheese and eggs and everything was just right. This was a sandwich made by somebody who knows what they are doing and cares about making it well. I agree with the other reviews who said it's like home cooking. The prices and service were great. The one thing to note is there is just one person taking orders and cooking so it's not grab and go fast food. But I think that makes it better, as long as you are not in too much of a rush. But the time it took was reasonable for a home cooked meal. And I noticed that they do have online ordering and no fee pickup so then it's a non-issue. But I am so in love with this spot. I am definitely going back while I am staying at my hotel.
Great food. Very reasonable price. We dined on a Sunday morning and I don’t think the owner anticipated it being so busy. She apologized multiple times and gave my two teenage sons bags of M&Ms as we left. Still worth the wait.
Excellent hole in the wall hidden inside the YWCA in downtown Seattle near the W Hotel. Get the Hokkaido style omelet with tonkatsu.
Nice find, hidden away in the YMCA building, no signage outside to let you know it's there. Pretty much the definition of a hole in the wall family style diner. Possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Thank you 💝😊
Handy little hole-in-the-wall for simple, quick breakfast downtown. Good home-cooked eggs, bacon and toast in a very casual atmosphere.
My mom researched this quaint hole-in-the-wall spot that had food which reminded me of my childhood!
My family and I split a Continental Breakfast and a Hokkaido Omelet Rice. Eggs, rice, ketchup, and sausage were a classic breakfast combination for me as a kid so it was cool to see this out in public.
There's only one woman running the show, so it did take some time to prepare. Prices are great amidst other larger downtown restaurants.
