The coffee ice cream is delicious. I also tried the orchata one but it's too sweet for me.

Always really great service with laid back employees, and during the summer you can expect to probably wait in line, but they get through it quickly. During the summer and nice Fall evenings, they have been known to run out of flavors, and would regularly run out of waffle cones. Love the Theo's Chocolate Chunk, and they also have some fun experimental flavors as well. Getting it fresh from the shop in a fresh waffle cone is always supremely better than trying to get a packed pint at Markettime (I'm not sure if it was the grocer's freezer, but the ice cream tasted freezer burnt). My only real complaint is that, like most things in Fremont, they close by 10PM during the days they are open, and this location in Fremont is also closed Monday and Tuesday.

I went there in the beginning of July. The smell of waffles guided me into that gem. Unfortunately the waffles weren’t vegan, but two types of ice cream were, so I tried both. They were SO DELICIOUS! Types: Horchata. And. Coconut mint chip. I’m sometimes a bit fed up of the normal sorbets like mango, strawberry... because I’m longing for chocolate or nut or something else. So it was fantastic to see they had very different options! Try them out! And I hope in the future they might also offer vegan waffles! I think there is a high demand.

The ice cream was delicious (strawberries and cream in a cup with whipped cream & a cherry) and the service was great.

I've tried many of the renowned ice cream places that are so often talked about in Seattle, and this was definitely the best so far. I split my scoop between chocolate pudding and cb's peanut butter and it was delicious. One thing I will make note of is that many of the flavored were out - sign of good flavor a but it can also be disappointing if you wanted them...

What a great little ice cream shop. They have craft ice cream and even craft soda. Had the snicker-doodle with a side of root-beer. There is very limited seating and the shop is very small. it can get busy and on my visit there was only one server so it was kinda slow. Overall great!

we actually preferred bluebird ice-cream (over molly moons!). Their flavor choices were SO GOOD and exciting we wanted them all, not to mention they had more vegan options. the vegan coconut mint chip was phenomenal and the snickerdoodle was cinnamon-y and delicious.

Small homemade ice cream shop that has fantastic flavors. They have freshly made waffle cones too. Among all the flavors I tried, my favorite was the snickerdoodle, that is if you like cinemmon.

Best Ice Cream In Seattle Bluebird beats Molly Moon every day of the week. Their ice cream is extremely creamy and smooth; everything is crafted in Seattle and the owner sources high-quality ingredients for his recipes (no HFCS nonsense). Their Coke recipe is spot on and makes a great float with vanilla. I miss their first batch of Root Beer from a few years ago (it was perfect), but if you're into sodas, you should get a growler for you parties. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made awesome recommendations. Super solid guy and a pleasure to talk to while eating a cone. Oh -- and fresh waffle cones made to order when it's not packed. What an awesome flavor. The Greenwood location serves their beer recipes, but the Fremont location doesn't yet have their liquor license. Must-try flavors: Marionberry, Theo's Chocolate Chunk, Vanilla (classic; great as a float), and any of their awesome seasonal flavors (Krak is my favorite). The Fremont location is much nicer and resembles an old-fashioned ice cream parlor. They could use a few more flavor combinations (Full Tilt's Ube and Pink's Thai Tea are two other great flavors that are hard to track down) and a bigger selection of toppings, but don't miss out on this place if you're in the area. Sorry Molly Moon -- you're just too fancy for me.
