It’s the second time we have a birthday party with 14 people here, and it’s simply wonderful. Very well served portions, delicious food, (please get the lamb) perfect for a family style casual dinner. The owner worked very close to me choosing the right menu and wines for our occasion. And the staff was also wonderful, friendly and very attentive. Great price for the food and service u get!

This a great place to celebrate a birthday with family. Give them your budget and let Lily and David pick the menu. Course after course will be delicious! Tip: Ask for the lamb shank. Our family has eaten there for years. We love the food, the family friendly ambiance, and the warm service.

Their pasta are pretty good. The only exception might be their squid ink pasta due to such a great amount of fish they added into the cuisine. Dessert lasagna are one of the most creative and delicious dessert I’ve ever had during the time in Seattle. Have visited twice and been satisfied for both visits!

The food was spectacular! We had family style courses of procuitto and burrata, ensalata, lasgna, polenta and lamb, than the last dish a italian seafood delight. The service was great, they us off with four deserts: expresso panicota, custard with safron and honey, chocolate mouse and chocolate pasta lasgna. Afterward the chef had us come down and enjoy his diner with him. What an evening. Highly recommend! Dave and Lily are the owners treated us like family.

Such an interesting story behind the business — the Kong’s named their restaurant Perche’ No, meaning “why not” in Italian, after choosing to open and operate a family Italian restaurant. The building itself is also very interesting and quite spacious, with plentiful seating upstairs and down. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the food itself is impressive. The portobello mushroom appetizer was especially delicious, as was the squid ink pasta, and the lobster and risotto special we tried. Like a fine Italian restaurant, Perche’ No also boasts an extensive wine menu. We will definitely be back again!

This is my second time, and unfortunately the last time since they're closing their doors for good :( super good pasta if you're willing to spend a bit. Great atmosphere to enjoy a glass of wine as well. The place was super busy that we had to sit in the bar, but no complaints as we were able to get a seat regardless. I wish I remembered the names of each dish that we got but we enjoyed them too much to think about what we really ordered. Please give this place some love before they close on December 18, 2019.

Lovely outside seating, kind and prompt service, great wine selection. Food was tasty but there are few options for veggetarians or non fish eaters (who don't like mushrooms). Kitchen willing to do special requests. Overall good experience.

Family run restaurant serving excellent fine Italian food. Cozy and elegant environment with live piano entertainment. Reasonably priced and pasta freshly made on site. Owners Lily and David Kong have been in the restaurant business for more than forty years and have developed quite a loyal following. They are very friendly and always happy to accommodate requests. Definitely worth the drive for a visit.

Love going here. Great service. The owners are amazing people. They speak many languages. They did live in Italy for a while. Travel the world and bring in exotic foods they find from their travels and infuse it in an Italian inspired dish. Some things may be a little out of some peoples food comfort if you judge Italian style cooking with the Olive Garden. But if you like interesting bold Italian food hold on to your taste buds. The menu will changes every so often. They keep some regular.

A fancy but family-friendly restaurant. For the type of menu, I was pleasantly surprised with how many families with kids I saw at the restaurant. I ordered the portabella mushroom ravioli which I enjoyed but was a tad bit overwhelmed by the sauce. We didn't try dessert but I wouldn't mind going here again to try their other items! The owner was very kind and though she was not our waiter, came by to check in on how our food was and explained the different dishes and even the wine tasting even that was coming up! An interesting ambience too. Slightly pricey though but that's what you have to pay for authentic Italian food I guess.
