I just recently moved to Seattle and had dinner in the Americana. The staff was friendly, cocktail was good but the food was the best I have ever had. I had the pork belly and potato cakes. Omg!! Please go and their menu is great.

Delicious food, good service, cute setting. I hadn’t been here for a couple of years and the food has gotten even better! I had the chilaquiles brunch special and it was amazing. Yummy grapefruit mimosa, too. We will definitely be back to try their dinner menu soon.

Many of my party have had great experiences here so we decided to give it a try for brunch. We were easily seated as a party of five at a large table, but that meant we were in a corner with two speakers above our head and two space heaters heating our party. At random times the music seemed to have been turned up, so it was difficult to talk, making it uncomfortable. That said, the space is comfortable, the service is friendly and helpful and it seemed everybody helped the other staff members, at least customer facing. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent; I look forward to a future visit

This is a nice cute little restaurant. I’m still learning the Capitol Hill neighborhood and actually ended up here because Glo’s cafe was busy with a long wait time (which for me was totally understandable) so my friend I was with recommended this place and I’m happy she did. We were seated immediately wherever we liked, the sever was very kind and attentive! I had the French Toast and loved it!

A great lowkey breakfast spot in Cap Hill! Came here on a Sunday morning and was instantly greeted and seated. The waitress and other staff were kind and attentive throughout the meal, checking in and bringing over almond milk when requested. Now let’s talk about the meal itself. My eyes were instantly drawn to the maple glazed pork belly and mozzarella corn pancakes and it was the best breakfast decision I’ve made in 2023. The pork belly was cooked perfectly, easily breaking up and practically melting in my mouth with maple-y goodness. The pancakes were also excellent. Never had anything like them before and the texture was enticing. The eggs with scallions were simple yet delicious. Such a unique and tasty way to start the day. Along with this option, the menu has more classic breakfast items. A great variety of options at reasonable prices. Lastly, I’ll talk about the vibe. Earlier I mentioned lowkey, and I stand by that. It’s not too fancy and shiny like some modern spots. The restaurant was filled with talking, in the distance the sound of plates clinking, the smell of your food activating the salivary glands. Couldn’t ask for more and I will definitely return!

Went in for brunch. Had a nice time. It was not very busy and we got a seat within 5 mins. Parking was tough though. The food was good. The Americana Benedict was nice and appetizing. I had taken the chicken sandwich with a side salad. I would recommend the Benedict and also the pork belly, it looked really nice. I immediately regretted my sandwich when the adjoining table's pork belly was served with pancakes and an omelette. Will definitely try that the pork belly the next time.

We’ve been in Seattle for a few days there is the never ending quest for the perfect breakfast. Hunched over our iPhones like ogres over a bone pile, sifting through endless options and possibilities. My eyes start going buggy and frustration rises like vapors from a pigpen. We chose someplace else, the name Americana made me think of strip malls and yellow linoleum, but the first place in the list was closed due to the scourge and Americana was the closest place within walking distance. O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!” I chortled in my joy! Great little hole in the wall with sweet sincere service. Felt totally welcomed. My wife informed me that the french toast was better than hers which is something of a revelation. The chicken fried streak was everything I could ask for, savory, tender, creamy gravy. The home fries worth writing home about. Oh happy chance! If this place were in my neighborhood, I’d move in. They’d have to pry me out at the end of the day with a crowbar.

I came here Sunday morning for breakfast. I got there right at 9 so it wasn’t busy. I ordered the broadway and a coffee. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Service was fast and the food was really good. I especially liked the homemade hot sauces and jam. My only complaint, the potatoes had a bit of a funny taste. I couldn’t put my finger on it but I didn’t enjoy them as much as I hoped. But overall I really liked it here and I will be back to try some other dishes

Put your name on the list if it’s full! Came in at 1:15PM Easter Sunday and waited 35 minutes for a table for 2. They will not seat guests with parties of +8. Brunch is from 9-3, they have daily specials and a different pancake-of-the-day. Bar tender made my old fashioned with a real cube of sugar and the most beautifully spiraled piece of orange. We got the pancakes - orange with orange blossom honey - a side of scrambled eggs, The Seattle Slam (2 eggs 2 sausage/bacon pieces and 2 pancake) - swap those pancakes for French Toast, $3. Real maple syrup here - thank you!! Everything thing here is top notch. Play around with the sauces on the table. Black is vinegary and super spicy, like wasabi hot - just for a second. Green is mild salsa. Red is ketchup. Pink is jam. I like to mix the green and black together. Homey, cozy feels. All the people who work here have wonderful energies. You can split checks here. Our total was $63. It would have been around $30 with no drinks but what’s the fun in that?

Great restaurant. Went for breakfast and enjoyed the food very much. The service was very good but a little lax and the seating in the restaurant is tight.
