The Wing Kings Report: Overall wing rating 4.03 Sauce - 4.75 Preparation - 4.7 Quality - 3.3 Heat Scale: 2.0 Wing Night: Monday Ale Mary's is a wonderful place. You'll never taste food quite like theirs anywhere else, and the wings, featuring many unique flavors, are no exception. Their "house" sauce is one of our favorites among the traditional sauces. The wings are both crispy and tender, and have ample sauce for dipping celery and carrots. What keeps these from being outstanding is their smaller size and quality issues like bones pulling apart. (We have gotten wings here on other occasions, and they did not seem to be as small, so we may revisit soon for an update.) We highly recommend going on their Monday wing night to experience their special flavors, like BBQ Bleu, which is THE best non-traditional flavor we have ever tasted. Strangely enough, it was the one of the three special flavors we were least excited about when ordering; it was sweet and smokey, though nothing like you would expect from a barbecue sauce. It's not often that we place a second order, and this was one of those times; we simply cannot overstate how tasty this sauce is. Also worth noting is that they have a great selection of draft beers, which are half priced Monday-Friday from 5-7 pm, and it's also a classy enough place to bring the family. Go, eat, and be happy.
