Best life is my absolute favorite place! Ever since I moved to Arizona I haven’t been able to get enough of their protein smoothies and protein snacks. Best life is definitely a must try. Sarah and Cory are awesome and always go above and beyond for their customers. Can’t say enough great things about them!!
I found this spot searching google and decided to try it out after seeing all the delicious looking photos! I got the Samoa cookie protein shake and was given a free blue raspberry green tea. Also tried the protein donut. All super yummy. Would definitely recommend!

Best Life Nutrition has some delicious shakes! They have tons of different flavors and sizes. I especially like that they give you a complimentary tea with their shake. Stopped by here after a class at Bodi (my favorite gym). It’s like a block away. Two smoothie artists helped me pick out a yummy large smoothie only 300 calories and 36 grams of protein the Peanut Butter Fried Ice Cream smoothie and a large Strawberry Margarita Tea only 15 calories with a B12 dissolving tablet.
You could say I’m now a regular here after my Bodi workouts!

my favorite smoothie place for sure but, the vibe is always tense in the store and people seem unhappy. Edit: I'd like to note that the owner reached out to me specifically to address this. They're a little understaffed and seem to be working on it.
If I could give 1000+ stars, I would. I have been going to this place for the last few years, and I’ve tried MANY smoothie shops before.. This is by far the best one. Don’t even waste your time with others, because Best Life has the best smoothies!
Not only do they have an awesome variety of flavors to choose from, but the smoothies are consistently good. I even lost ten pounds when I consistently went here, and the smoothies/teas actually taste amazing! The people that work here are always so sweet and helpful with any questions you may have. I seriously LOVE this place! My personal favorite is the fruity pebbles smoothie or the strawberry banana, but I’ve honestly tried almost all of them and they all are 10/10. Highly recommended!
the Summer Love tea is amazingly sweet ❤️🔥 I recommend it but they have an extensive list that I encourage you to check out for yourself instead!
While waiting for the drinks, the spot seemed very upbeat and laid-back at the same time.
Great sales pitch. Very knowledgeable and super yummy. Try the fried ice cream or any cereal flavors!
