This is the greatest place ever !!! I order from here at least twice a week. My order is always delivered ridiculously fast, I have never had an issue with an order and the delivery people are so friendly and kind. I will continue to order from this Jimmy John's and recommend it to everyone !!! Great, quick service, what more can you ask for?

Can't comment on delivery since I ate in. Service was average, and food was about average for a Jimmy John's. I did have to ask the kid at the register for my number, he looked puzzled that I did not want to guess which order was mine. Parking is rough.

I work in North Scottsdale but live in Phoenix.
I've been to 3 other JJ locations in the PHX area alone... and this would have to have the one with the best customer service.
The one near my home nearly made me stop coming to JJ all together due to their service. (Had a big call with their customer service too.. big mess)
But you guys are awesome and made me come back.
Thanks for being great and making delicious sandwiches; especially while on a lunch break, having that better attitude makes your day.
