Honestly a really great location. I’ve never had any issues and the staff are always great. Mickayla was my cashier about a week ago and she’s very helpful and courteous.

Visited during trip to Scottsdale. Good customer service. They fixed it perfectly and gave me the extra. Was so glad ro have located it.

Jamba Juice is one of my favorite if not my favorite juice spot in Arizona. But let me be the first to tell you the level of kindness displayed by Jamba employees has totally taken a fat nose dive into the ground.
Staff is always friendly & the smoothies, juices, and oatmeal taste great.
It was barely 7:27 in the morning and there was only one staff person working. And boy was she working! When I arrived she was giving two people their orders, taking an order from another customer, and I think making shakes for delivery. I was walking out by 7: 38 with my shake in hand. She was so fast, very friendly, and had an amazing attitude.
I would have given five stars because the Smoothie was Blended so perfectly smooth no lumps left in it like many other shops. But I balance that out with a 3-star rating for employees that really didn't seem that much bothered about working with a customer who is trying very hard to be reasonable. They also did not listen to the instructions on how she had wanted her smoothie made oh, and had no apologies for that. Seems the only thing they had on their mind was getting out of there.
