Was in @12 noon on September 21st. 2023 It seemed like a rather busy lunch rush. The store was clean, the employees were nice/great, and the service was/is efficient.
Fantastic service. The food was delicious and fast. For only having one worker on site the quality couldn't be better

Came in for takeout I ordered for the first time online. The food was ready when I arrived. Less that 10 minutes after I ordered! It cost $22 (for 3 people) versus the $32 that I was expecting! Usually I come in and pay like normal; always the customer service here is top notch. I feel like we’re old friends. Love this subway. Best in Scottsdale!
Spacious location, 3 stars for service because the Fanta fountain wasn't working. Otherwise overall was good 👍 experience.
The sandwich and salad was delicious and made with love I haven't had a good sandwich like that from subway in a long time.
I currently live in Dallas, and have been constantly having poor Subway experiences ranging from employees who were obviously high, to employees making fun of customers behind their backs, to stores closing early and refusing service. It was so nice to be at a store where the woman working here was kind and friendly. Not only that, but she was the only person working during lunch, and was Doing a fantastic job of being friendly to every customer, keeping the line moving efficiently, and still washing her hands before putting on gloves after using the register. 11/10 will be back, as this is my new favorite subway!!
