1st, I ordered Pad Thai, and Crab Rangoon by phone. Person who took order was very polite, and easy to understand. My food came almost exactly when he said it would. The Crab Rangoon was closer to room temperature vs. hot and tasted good. The Pad Thai was very wet, and wayyy too sweet. But It was still very good.
Perfect food, cooked fresh and to order. They always get our order correct. Flavors and texture are done perfectly, no limp broccoli or crunchy chicken. The batter on the Sweet & Sour chicken melts in your mouth. The egg drop soup is so soothing and filling. I have not had anything I didn't like here.
While visiting Scottsdale for a few days, decided one night to order in, and ordered from this restaurant. This place is underrated! Excellent food, delivered in great time directly to my hotel room, all items arrived hot and each and every dish was delicious! You will not be disappointed ordering from Yummy Yummy - it lives up to its name. Will definitely order from them again when next in Scottsdale. They deserve high ratings for the food and customer service.
People are bothered by this restaurant leaving take out menus at their apartment buildings & I don’t see why that’s weird. They left one on my door and it was a great reminder of the few times I’ve had it and how good it was, so I ordered again. Haven’t found better Chinese food in the area, so if you can overlook a local business trying to promote their business, give Yummy Yummy a chance 👍
Some of the best Chinese food in the valley, compared to some of the chain restaurants. Staff member seemed preoccupied by a personal phone call but was still helpful when you got her attention. Atmosphere was what you would expect from a hole in a wall Chinese restaurant. Dirty windows but looks like they tried to clean up it's just dated. But again food was top notch.
We aren't sure why this place has a 3.6 star rating. We have ordered delivery from here at least a dozen times and the food is always delicious and delivered in a reasonable amount of time (30-45 min during dinnertime). Large portions too. Granted, we always get the same thing...sweet & sour pork, beef & broccoli, crab wontons, white and fried rice...but quality has always been consistent and we see no reason to even try any place else.
We got the Hunan triple, shrimp & scallops with steamed vegetables and the house special soup. Evererythwas cooked perfectly. All the meats where moist and tender. It's a hole in the wall place that mostly dose takeout but there is some space for dining in. Definitely recommended if you're in the mood for some Chinese.
First time ordering and I am impressed. Both orders were very good.. This will be a weekly thing from now on! ❤️ Easy to order, delivered when they said it would be.
Haven’t found many places that cook shrimp well, but here, they do. It’s tender and not rubbery. Would recommend.
I had a flier for this place on my door and immediately dismissed it. Rather than toss it in the garbage, as I typically do, I set it on the counter. Per chance that evening, dinner plans fell through and I saw the flier on my counter.
I ordered the Chicken Amazing and the Ma La Chicken. I could not have been more pleased. 5 out of 5. Even great reheated. Please give this a shot. I am ashamed to say I would not have done so unless lady luck beckoned at me. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
