The location of the property was convenient in Scottsdale and was quick access to Phoenix points of interest. The staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. The breakfast was excellent; the dining area spacious and attractive, the breakfast food was fine. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious and quiet. It was a clean and well kept venue.
This was a great place to stay, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing both days and Christina was so nice and helpful both mornings when I was eating. She really made me feel at home. 10/10 recommended.

Visiting a friend in town that stayed here; rooms seemed nice, clean & comfortable. PLUS, it's in a good area of Scottsdale w/plenty around.
Now w/that said, only reason I'm giving 4-Stars instead, is because of the look & reaction/response I got from one of the ladies working there & folding linens in the hallway, just for asking a rather simple question...
Location was away from the hang outs at some of the other places we have stayed, and ease of access was nice. rooms were nice and large, and room was clean and fresh only question was second night stay had to addressed the next day.
My wife and I had a medical appointment early in the morning and this hotel is located 7 min from the doctors office. The hotel has a fantastic location with multiple dining options, gas stations, shopping and entertainment nearby. Staff was awesome and our room was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.
Hello, I stayed on turkey weekend for me, the room was clean, the tent was clean, the pool seemed good to me, the jacuzzi was very good, and the breakfast was not very clear, if I would need accommodation again, I would return to here 10 out of 10

My family and I stayed at this hotel in July. We stated in the top suite as we like to have a little more space than the standard room provides.
The room was fairly clean and the suite as a whole was spacious and clean.
The couch in the living room was definitely older and didn't feel cleanest. Probably just from age. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our suite was pretty far from the elevator but was right next to the stair well which made our visit a quite one.
Would stay here again!

My overall experience was pretty decent over the labor day weekend. Room was clean. Our flight got in super early and they were able to accommodate a 10am early check for us. Maid service was unfortunately under staffed so we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and left our trash/used towels outside of our room. No big deal to us. We had a room with a pool view. Pool was gorgeous with a good amount of seating areas. I would have to say the best part was the options and daily changes of breakfast. Great variety from waffles, mini waffles, (different flavored batter) oatmeal, omelette, cereal, coffee, pastries, different meats, different topping options for waffles and oatmeal, overall everything was tasty. The juice options were a little too water down. We did self check in/out through the app, super simple and easy. We only had interaction with one of the front desk staff. Antaniece greeted us with a great smile, made conversation with us, was great to talk to, answered our questions and helped us with what we needed. We appreciated that the entrance of the hotel was only able to open its doors after 11pm with your key card. Gave an extra safety feature. Would definitely stay here again!
