The manager here Michelle is AWESOME!!! I dropped my keys through a grate outside when I parked and she & Alecia took on the mission. They rigged a broomstick & saved the day …. On my birthday at that !! They are rockstars!
Yes, the bagels & coffee are great too! But in an era of impersonal service this type of goodwill and service makes everything better!!
The staff is amazing and they take care of their customers. The lines can get pretty long on the weekends but the staff makes sure it moves quickly. Michelle runs this place like it's her own, making sure you feel taken care of. Highly recommend this location. You guys are great.
I got the brisket breakfast sandwich. Overall pretty good, but not quite worth the price, little brisket and it wasn't very fresh. Stick with plain bagels!
Bagels were delicious, and staff was nice.
BUT when you have print, laminate, and post multiple signs to show you where and how to order, then maybe you're doing it wrong.
We hosted a networking breakfast event 3 mornings in a row with large amounts of coffee and bagel sandwiches, and 3 days in a row Michelle and her team had our back and had the orders ready to be picked up on time at 5:30. I am so thankful to the wonderful people at this location! They are very dependable!
Good spot, super quick , friendly service, but need to fix cc scanner / tap . I had to try multiple times and it holds customer behind me up and also gives the perception I don't have money on my card
I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The woman running the the register was very friendly and pleasant.
Good breakfast bagels. My order was a little off. I wanted egg white, got regular. Quick and convenient. Outside seating is nice.

Einstein's Bagel Company is always an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all smiling and helpful, and it was clear that they were passionate about their work.
But the real standout was the food – it was delicious! We ordered a variety of items and were impressed by the quality and flavor of each and every one. The avocado toasts were some of the best we've ever had – the bread was perfectly toasted and the avocado was creamy and flavorful. The kids loved their farmhouse breakfast and bagel box, and we also enjoyed a delicious hot vanilla latte.
In addition to the great food, Einstein's Bagel Company has a great selection of bagels, spreads and other breakfast items to choose from. The store was also very clean and well-maintained, which was much appreciated.
Overall, our experience at Einstein's Bagel Company was an absolute delight. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for a great breakfast experience, I highly recommend Einstein's Bagel Company – you won't be disappointed.
I love this place, I do go here very frequently since it's right by my house, and the staff are so kind and regular they're even beginning to recognize me when I walk in :) Only downside is that lately the items I've ordered have appeared to be undercooked. I normally wouldn't complain if it were just a one time thing but it has happened relatively consistently as of late. I usually get my things to go in order to make it to the office or else I would say something at the time of service. In short, great place, wonderful staff, very convenient for me, but perhaps turn up the heat on the toaster just a tad and you got a 5 star from me ;)
