Super good & their happy hour is great! Margaritas are huge! Good service, good food, definitely worth it and cheap prices! If you are looking for a laid back restaurant, this place is great!

I ate at te location by gold dust and it was pretty good- great guac but the salsas weren't as good. Everything was made fresh to order which was nice

Sometimes the most basic of ingredients can be just that; basic. Not at Habaneros Mexican Grill. While I have eaten here several times, I can say without hesitation their Shrimp Taco as well as all of their tacos are truly epic. The depth of flavors combined with the perfect portions make their tacos perfection. The staff and owner truly make you feel welcomed and with infectious smiles by all. If you’re in the area, take the time and dine here. I am confident you’ll be coming back again and again and again. I know I will!!
Ok, this is the place! I’m a native Arizonan, have been to Mexico more than 20 times…and this is THE PLACE!!! My wife and I ordered 7 tacos to share plus chips and salsa. We couldn’t shove the food in our faces fast enough. I was gonna take a pic of the food but forgot when it came out so I’ll show you the carnage that was leftover. Come here. You read that right…just come here and see.
Habanero's Mexican Grill in Scottsdale, AZ is the best restaurant that I've eaten at so far. My family & I travel often and always try new restaurants/places to eat. For the most part, majority of places are average in flavor but not this place. This restaurant has the best flavor in their foods. I feel the need to share my experience because it was beyond delicious. . I ordered a chicken burrito. My husband got blackened chicken tacos and we both were impressed & excited to have found a fabulous place to eat. The price was very reasonable, staff was nice & atmosphere reminded me of a typical place along the AZ/MX boarder. We will definitely be back. If you haven't been here it's a must.
Better than I anticipated! When our server brought the salsa selection to the table, I knew I was in for a treat. The quesabirria was so cheesy, and tasty with the consume. The mini chimis were a perfect size to share, and the crispy taco shell/chips tasted fresh, not store bought.
Great little place just off the 101. The carné asada was delicious. The meat almost has a smokey taste.
We'll be back.
Incredible food, great prices, and a friendly staff that make you feel part of the family :) I love this place and go several times per month! They have daily specials and a full bar- they definitely don’t skimp on the tequila in their margaritas 😋 couldn’t recommend this place more!

This those hard working family does many things right, especially serving with a smile and true Mexican character, almost being transported to Mexico. Fast service, great happy hour specials, co consideration and fun. Of course we interact and are friendly and get right back. The server Dan saw that the spicy red sauce was too spicy for us at the moment and automatically brought two more option, medium and mild. Quite nice.
I did order the Flautas, which I have to get used to, however with dipping them into one of the sauces created a more exciting taste sensation.
It was busy and the lady realized that we had to wait a bid longer than normal and let us know that she realized and made sure that our order was coming faster. It was fine with us. After a while she asked if we wanted a second beer, I said I pass and as a joke said unless it is on the house. To my surprise she brought me one on the house. (we had to remind Dan later when we got the bill) Overall a great find! ...and clean (!) bathrooms!
Best tacos we've ever had!! The Barbacoa, Carne Asada and the Blackened Chicken were all amazing! And the Quesabirria was delicious! Definitely found one of our new favorite spots!

I visited this location on my lunch and it was packed. I had food from here catered at party and have been craving it ever since. Everyone's plates looked so good. I just had 2 juicy Carnitas tacos with pico de gallo and guacamole. The blackened Fish Enchiladas was on special and sounded so delicious. There is outside sitting and folks were eating outside with their small dogs. It's in a nice location near Costco in Scottsdale. Maria helped me and she was so sweet, made recommendations and remembered my name when she brought my food. Definitely check this spot out if you're in the neighborhood and look for great Mexican food!
