I'm a self proclaimed foodie and must admit, this is by far the best Mexican food I have ever had. And speaking for my wife, it was the best she's ever had.
I frequent the place every year Jan thru April and have had only great food and service at SOL - some of the staff always make it a point to recognize me and even greet me with an embrace 😋🤗
SOL has a prime location at Kierland Commons, making it an easy retreat whether you’re walking there or using the nearby complimentary parking garage. The restaurant has a spacious interior and nice patio, and the service was good throughout our meal. The large crisp tortillas and salsa/bean dip are an excellent start to any dinner, and our dishes were good as well. I’d like to see a bit more heat/spice and stronger flavors, but that’s always subjective. Overall, a good meal in a convenient location.
Service is just different. Rodrigo was that difference. Excellent service and very friendly. Consider yourselves lucky if you have him as your server. Loved the atmosphere. Many high-end tequilas to choose from. Just an all around great experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this place! It excelled in every aspect, from the delectable food to the inviting ambiance and warm hospitality. Every dish served here is truly iconic, but the guacamole is an absolute must-try and it left me awestruck with its flavors. The cocktails offered are simply extraordinary, adding another level of delight to the overall experience.

I gave this restaurant four stars because we were not advised when we asked that most of the food on the menu was extremely spicy. We asked prior to ordering and our server said it was mild. For this reason alone, I will not eat there again. The atmosphere was nice the service was good but there idea of spicy and ours were very different.
Best part of our trip! The brunch menu is so good. The main menu is even better! Great vegetarian options and delicious everything!
Had a great time celebrating a friend’s bachelorette here, the margaritas are amazing and we especially loved the smoky bean salsa!! Tacos were good too, will return to try other things 😊
Food is excellent, we ordered 3 carne Asada tacos, it was great. We also ordered the ribs and it was remarkably tender and flavor, last we ordered is the Bread pudding and I definitely recommend it as a dessert.
Delicious!!! A must eat here if you're in the area, not only is the atmosphere fun, service was incredible but the food was the best part! We went with a group of people and tried many different dishes, it was hard to pick a favorite, everything was spot on. Parking is in a garage right next to the entrance (or you can use the valet), absolutely worth it!!
We chose to sit outside for our Friday evening dinner because the weather was gorgeous😌 It was an upbeat atmosphere with friendly servers and yummy food. We definitely appreciated the fact that it wasn't crazy loud and that the TV's were turned off. It was nice to also see people dinning with their pooches!🐾❤️
Great ambiance and service. Delicious food and desserts! Their tacos are the best!
