My mom, sister, and I stopped here for lunch as we were all craving Greek food and were so delighted by every aspect of the food and service. Our gyros were seasoned and cooked to perfection and the staff was extremely friendly and inviting. The baklava was the best we've ever had, too. We will definitely be coming here again in the future!

We were surprised by the size of the restaurant...long and narrow but every inch effectively used. As an appetizer we had the Saganaki which was delicious. The serving size I'm used to is square and dense so the presentation was different as it was basically flat melted cheese on the cast iron skillet. Not a problem. They serve it with pita bread so that you can scrape up the gooey, melted cheese and put it on a wedge of pita. Mmmmm. We both had a pita sandwich - I tried the Chipotle Gyro with the steamed gyro meat. After having tried a bite of my companion's grilled gyro meat I will definitely have it that way next time. The chipotle with the gyro meat was a new taste experience for me and I am so grateful I tried it. Outstanding. My dinner companion had the Traditional Chicago Gyro ( I think that's what it was called) and it did not disappoint. Tangy tzatziki sauce with the grilled meat, onions and tomatoes on the warm pita bread , you can't go wrong! We opted to make one of the sandwiches a combo with French fries. The serving size was more than enough for two. From where we live it's not close but well worth the drive!

I happen to come across this gem of a restaurant. The staff are fun, friendly,and energetic. I had the spicy chicken (recommend adding tomato and onion) and the spicy feta fries. The portions are good size and filling. I have been looking for a new place since Doner Kabob closed. This will be my new spot and will be bringing my friends!
Saba's won us over with their incredible pita sandwiches and salad. Every bite was flavorful. The Greek salad was a refreshing complement, with crisp veggies and yummy dressing. The variety of sauces on the side allowed us to customize our lunch and made it that much more enjoyable for all.
Not only did the food impress, but the customer service was equally great. The delivery service was prompt, and arrived right on time. BEST gyros! I live out of state and miss this fantastic family owned jewel. If you ever have a chance to enjoy Saba's it's worth it! Reason prices as well. I used to go weekly for dinner with my family, truly miss the atmosphere and service that I have always had at Saba's, enjoyed that memory after 8 years away with my Dad.

Best Greek in town. Quant, no-frills authentic place with just awesome food. I have been frequenting this place for years and have never been disappointed. Ordered the 2 entree, 2 side combo plate with the gyro meet, chicken kabob, hummus, and baba ghanousch. They are all top quality. The gyro meet is the best of the bunch. Packed with flavor, juicy, and just delicious. The chicken kabob comes in large chunks of perfectly seasoned, moist chicken. The hummus is freshly made, with a pleasant and vibrant taste. The hummus does not have that card board, bland taste like so many other places in town. The baba ghanousch is fabulous. A robust flavor, with a hint of both sweetness and spice. The hummus and baba ghanousch go well on top of either the chicken or gyro meet. The lemon rice soup is great too. Nothing fancy, not too salty, but a real treat. The pita is homemade as well. The meal could feed at least three people because the portion sizes are generous. If you have been searching for an authentic, good Greek restaurant, this is it. The prices are reasonably, if not cheap.
This picture I posted is the "side greek salad" mind you with side of cut up chicken kebab meat on top. Love their tzaziki, plus the spinikapita is more baked vs. fried.
Pretty good Mediterranean food! No need for reservation. I like the casual and cozy vibe of the place. We were a big party and still got out food within 15 mins of ordering it. The lamb shawarma pita and hummus are really good!!! I would only comment that they only have 2 kids dining high chairs, so we had to wait for the other guests to leave until we could use it. Definitely will go back when I visit Scottsdale again.
